I saw a bunch of bad reviews of this place and I understand that this is isn't a world-class restaurant. However, all of my experiences here have been okay and the food is still well-priced (drink included usually). I'd recommend ordering on the app for a shorter wait. Despite the negative reviews, you can still get a decent value for what you're paying for.

The middle-aged female cashier and the man with glasses were super rude. Today, my wife ordered food through the mobile app and paid at the on-site self-service to pick up the order. After that, my wife informed me of the order number and went to work. When I arrived, I showed the mobile app order to the middle-aged female cashier, but she didn’t even look at it and said she wouldn’t let her take it if she didn’t have the order, saying it was a rule. Later, I asked the male employee again and told him that the food had been paid for by credit card, but the male employee with glasses shouted that the payment was not made without checking. I had to call my wife to confirm that I had paid, and then told the male employee with glasses that I had paid. After paying, it was very reluctant to go to the cash register to check, and only after confirming that payment was made did it collect my takeaway from me.I understand that I need to use the order to pick up the goods, but if the customer loses it or fails to show it for other reasons, can I first check whether the order number is the same as the mobile app order, and then confirm that payment has been made before giving it to the takeaway customer. I have shown all the certificates to these two people. Unwilling to check and assist. So I don’t have a bill but I can’t withdraw it even after I’ve paid? ? ? Will the credit card refund the money if I fail to withdraw it? ? ?So in the future, we should pay attention to the quality and hygiene of their food. I found hair inside twice after finishing the meal. To avoid being misunderstood, I complained about foreign objects after eating, so I only took it back and told them that there was hair in the rice noodle soup. I was told to handle it carefully and then leave, but I will directly inform the health department to deal with it in the future. It’s not my fault that I discovered that there was a foreign body after eating, and it doesn’t mean that the foreign body does not exist and the hygiene is good.

As a loyal customer, this place disappointed me on how the manager/owner treated me. They take little to no accountability on THEIR mistakes. My first drink sealers broke and leaked milktea into my Togo bag, then after replacing the first sealer, they broke AGAIN when I was at my table, spilling milktea over everwhere. Next, when flipping over the honey lemon water once (to mix), the sealer BROKE and spilled the drink over myself.Having to repetitively, go back and forth to request paper towels to clean the mess, I then tried the laksa soup base and it was extremely salty from what the norm was.Having to awkwardly go back to the counter again to inform the staff that their soup was way too salty, I was met with aggressiveness as they tried to gaslight me that this was always what it was meant to be. After getting my new soup base from the annoyed manager, the soup was STILL SALTY and of course I ate it because I paid for it but I could literally feel my blood pressure rising.Poor customer satisfaction and quality control from this food stall!

I got their egg puffs, curry fish balls and iced lemon tea. Everything was so good! Maybe it's because I miss Hong Kong and the street snacks there, but I really liked their freshly made egg puffs. The curry fish balls were pretty good but nothing to come back for. Lemon tea was good, but it's pretty hard to mess up in my opinion. I'd come back for their egg puffs, so cheap and so bomb.

Definitely avoid this restaurant at lunch hours! It was too crowded and they made your food using 45 minutes and when you get your food you have no time to eat! And they did not cook food on order so doesn’t matter what’s your order number which is extremely rediculas ! The drink was all spelled out all over the bag when they handed to you! Poorest customer service ever at this place!

The staff here are quite rude and they have a strange payment system when ordering online. There is a self serve payment area which was easy to use, but it did not provide an electronic receipt. The hard copy was printed but was behind the screen and other equipment. When I went to get my order, I was asked for the hardcopy reciept which I could not initially find. Instead of checking for me, they lectured me on how I should have had it ready. Maybe they should make clear instructions or have the receipt come out where it is visible.

The Taiwanese guy worked there has an attitude when I asked him if my order was ready, he was extremely rude and mean and impatient. He told me to look at the electronic board myself and before I reacted he said “ok bye bye” in a very mean way. Then I was confused if I got everything I ordered, I asked him, and he rudely opened my food container and put his finger above my food said don’t you see it over there? And then again before I said anything back he said “ok bye bye” which makes me extremely angry.Because of his attitude, I won’t come to this place ever again, it was sad because this was once my favorite place to eat at Richmond center.

I would rate this a lot higher than most people. The experience of first eating here was definitely better than before. When I first came here I didn't have to compete with all the delivery orders, so the only caveat of eating from here instead of getting a delivery is you really have to be prepared to wait for a long time... and by long, like 20-30 minutes or more during rush hours like dinner/lunch?If you ate at the food court, most restaurants would have your orders ready pronto, but because it's a very popular place, I suppose that the number of orders they have to send out tend to pile up. Whoever I was going to eat with would have finished eating their food, and I'd only be starting to eat when I receive what I ordered.However, I love their bubble waffle,and the milk tea. I also love their fish balls and curry. I only order the same thing so I can't say for sure how good their other menu items are. I tried their chicken meals but not a fan of that since I'm biased towards their curry and oil rice. The softness of the meat on my first few times eating here was better, and I'm not sure if the quality of the food has gone down, it's still very tasty though, especially the sauce! Every other month, I would find myself craving for the familiar taste, and it doesn't really disappoint.
