The staff here are quite rude and they have a strange payment system when ordering online. There is a self serve payment area which was easy to use, but it did not provide an electronic receipt. The hard copy was printed but was behind the screen and other equipment. When I went to get my order, I was asked for the hardcopy reciept which I could not initially find. I ordered the hawainese chicken meal and it came with a free drink. You get a choice between getting a milk tea for free or a lemon tea, which both were good. It was super delicious and well worth it for the price!

I saw a bunch of bad reviews of this place and I understand that this is isn't a world-class restaurant. However, all of my experiences here have been okay and the food is still well-priced (drink included usually). I'd recommend ordering on the app for a shorter wait. Despite the negative reviews, you can still get a decent value for what you're paying for.
