Food is pretty good though wouldn't say it was exceptional. Service was good too but found the music much too loud, especially in a group setting. I could barely hear what people were saying.

I recently visited Cactus Cafe in Richmond, and it was a fantastic experience! The vegan burger was simply excellent – packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. Their chicken tacos were equally impressive, with tender chicken and fresh toppings that made each bite delightful. Was super impressed by how wonderful everything was.

It was Friday evening around 10pm.

No wait, we were seated immediately.

The music was good and at a perfect volume.

Our server Laura N was genuinely friendly and gave really great customer service. (Best server we have encountered in a long long time.)

Not once were we looking around for her or waiting long for anything.
