Durian glutinous rice cake is super delicious, the skin is thin and soft, the flesh is real, and the aroma is full.

Bought black sesame paste and pudding, surprisingly I prefer the pudding more. It wasn't sweet and it preserved the black sesame natural flavour. If the owner sees this review, you should roast the black sesame to bring out the aroma which lacked in both dessert and there were lumps inside the paste, just need to mix it well. Hope to see improvements, will try walnut paste next visit.

The two durian mochis were disappointing with its icy texture, which showed that it had been frozen for a long time. However, the mango one was delicious.

Excellent mango and durian flavor. Much better value and quality than the usual restaurants ones. Will order again.

Everything is so good! When you come at opening time (like when the store opens at noon), there is usually a line-up. So, don't come during that time if you are in a rush... actually, there is always a line whenever I come.
Parking is not great, so allow yourself more time for that as well!

Absolutely amazing Mango Mochi!!! What a great little place!
Super fresh and qq mochi. Love their durian mochi. Also got their mango + cream mochi and taro baked sago dessert 芋頭焗西米露布丁. Curious to try their chestnut mochi next time. Good treat! Eat it while it's fresh.

Thank you so much Jacky 師傅 for such delicious Asian desserts. We are so lucky to have Car's dessert in Vancouver as all the items are THE BEST. We tried mango pomelo sago, mochi's, walnut sweet soup, and tarts (and try the baked sago puddings!). Jacky is an amazing chef who is detail oriented and makes sure everything is made to perfection so don't worry about what you order as everything is AMAZING. Definitely Michelin star worthy. Thank you Jacky 師傅！

Extremely good mochi, kind of pricy but worth it for lovers of high quality desserts. They charge a fee for credit cards, which is fine; they should inform you that's an option instead of saying cash/debit only.
