Consistently good milk teas. Base sugar level tastes noticeably a bit higher than other shops but low % options fix it. Workers always nice and get my order right

Not sure why people are hating, the matcha is great

Put as an on line order. Good to get the order by being checked if I am the right person before passing the drink. I lost my drink order just yesterday at one of Starbucks store. They were just leaving all the drinks on table. Even, they made another one for me due to longer to wait.

Ordered a matcha & strawberry. I waited 10 min. And he got my order wrong then remade it in 30 seconds . There was only 1 person in front of me.

It doesn't even have any strawberry flavour.

Highly don't recommend them

The worst bubble tea in my life! Reported to staffs but they insisted it is normal as we chose fresh milk. So fresh milk tea tastes like water??
Staffs are so rude and unhelpful. We threw the bubble tea straight to the trash. Never go there again.

Very dirty and disgusting.

Kudos to Cha Time at Richmond Centre! They gave us the correct order, were polite and friendly, and took the time to explain everything especially when ordering special drinks.

The location is convenient.

Love this original brown sugar bubble roasted tea( cream cheese on top),with silky milk and fresh giant pearls inside, soft, just a little bit chewy, exactly what I want.

Is the number of pearls given based on the mood of the store clerk?？

I’ve been a regular customer at Chatime, but recently I’ve been very disappointed with the customer service, especially at the Richmond location. The manager, who has huge nails and blonde hair, has been far from welcoming and lacks patience. As someone in a key role, I expect much better service, but her attitude is frustrating and makes the experience less enjoyable.

I had high expectations from a brand like Chatime, but my recent visit left me disappointed. The customer service was lacking, particularly from one staff member who appeared impatient and unwelcoming. It’s disheartening, especially since customer service plays such a vital role in creating a positive experience for visitors.

Before sharing this review, I read through previous feedback, and unfortunately, I found similar concerns that resonated with my experience. Customer service should be about treating everyone with respect, whether they are regular customers, new visitors, or even employees of other brands.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but when service is as poor as what I encountered, I feel it’s important to speak up. I hope Chatime takes this matter seriously, especially at this location, which has the potential to attract and retain loyal customers. Improving the customer experience could make all the difference.

This was my first time at Chatime, and unfortunately, it will also be my last.

Bad customer service. They don’t even give tap water which comes in basic necessity. They say its store policy to give bottled water. I was recommending all my friends to buy from chatime but from now its a big NO for chatime. The girl with blond hair was being rude she was staring me all day. I deleted my past bad review because she came to me in A very aggressive manner and talked. Then she scanned our QR code to put bad review for me. She misbehaved with all our employees. She called security for no reasons not directly to us but secretly complaining about us. Rest, I just asked for water and she created a big scene. She complained 4 times at guest service for no reasons. Well, i loved chatime but I have to learn to live without it.. heart broken.

I love this place, every time I come to the mall I grab a quick bubble tea from here
With a few friends and there's never an unrealistic line, my order never takes more than 6 mins, definitely recommend it if you're in the area. The drinks are great and there's a wide variation of drinks with and without caffeine

bought fruit tea and a slush. i love this chatime because the workers are always super nice! my favorites are their chatime fruit teas, like mango, lychee, etc. and their pearls are consistently chewy. i like using the electronic order thing where you tap the screen and pay there because it's convenient. all you need to do is listen to your number. it helps if there's a customer right before you, so that you can see them get their order and then you already know that your order will arrive next. ty
