Passionfruit tea is really good. I would suggest to get it with coconut jelly and no ice to make it super refreshing. Staff are efficient and consistently good at making the drinks. It's a small store so it can get busy, so I would just place a mobile order and come back in 5-10 minutes. Overall, great stuff!

I ordered 80% sugar level but it tasted like 200%. Couldn’t finish in the end.

Tasty and pretty consistent roasted black tea which is my go-to. Bubbles are the right amount of bounce, and grass jelly is smooth and enjoyable too.

One time I forgot to ask for half sweet, and noticed that it tasted just as sweet as when I did ask for half sweet. Not sure how they measure the sweetness/sugar.

Edit: went back this week and noticed the roasted black tea now tastes more diluted, and got less grass jelly than before... too bad.

One of the smaller ones, limited by mall hours. At least it's closest to the front doors facing No.3 road instead of going to the top floor where the food court is.

QQ Mango is my favourite but it's a hit or miss here; even after selecting, it's either too much ice or not enough pearls or count jelly.

Nice they have the quick ordering Kiosk.

They still work pretty fast all else considering.

Everything sucks at this location. The staff is very rude and unhelpful. The drinks tastes horrible.

Consistently good milk teas. Base sugar level tastes noticeably a bit higher than other shops but low % options fix it. Workers always nice and get my order right

Not sure why people are hating, the matcha is great

Put as an on line order. Good to get the order by being checked if I am the right person before passing the drink. I lost my drink order just yesterday at one of Starbucks store. They were just leaving all the drinks on table. Even, they made another one for me due to longer to wait.

Ordered a matcha & strawberry. I waited 10 min. And he got my order wrong then remade it in 30 seconds . There was only 1 person in front of me.

It doesn't even have any strawberry flavour.

Highly don't recommend them

The worst bubble tea in my life! Reported to staffs but they insisted it is normal as we chose fresh milk. So fresh milk tea tastes like water??
Staffs are so rude and unhelpful. We threw the bubble tea straight to the trash. Never go there again.

Kudos to Cha Time at Richmond Centre! They gave us the correct order, were polite and friendly, and took the time to explain everything especially when ordering special drinks.

The location is convenient.

Love this original brown sugar bubble roasted tea( cream cheese on top),with silky milk and fresh giant pearls inside, soft, just a little bit chewy, exactly what I want.
