Came to this place as a friend mentioned their Korean food was cheap. Located in Aberdeen mall, this is a Korean-Chinese fusion cuisine. Not your typical food court ordering as there is a kiosk so it can be a little confusing if you are not familiar with this type of ordering.
My wife decided to order the seafood tofu soup ($11.99) and it was not your typical Korean soup. It was more creamier and less spicier than typical which isn't a bad thing. It had lots of ingredients and was quite filling. We may try some other dishes in the future.

The bibimbap with egg was alright, for the price it’s pretty good, but didn’t really taste like bibimbap but wasn’t bad. Would definitely pick Korean sauce over teriyaki next time.

Came here about a little over a year ago and had a great stone bowl bibimbap. Now revisiting, it is a completely different experience despite the same name and location.
I went to dine in, and first impression is the rice dish is now served in an aluminum foil pan with teriyaki sauce on top. What?! No crispy rice on the bottom, or egg on top. Also side dishes cost extra. Nothing is included, no more combos. The Saddest "stone bowl bibimbap" ever. This whole dish is a shell of what was so great.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Ordered stone bowl bubimbap , it says stone bowl but it came out in cold talk out plate . So it's definitely not stone bowl? Little veggie, fatty beef. Didn't enjoy at all

Do NOT come here. Food is alright and definitely priced alright, but they have some false advertising. We ordered stone bowl beef bibimbap to dine in and they gave us rice in some aluminum foil bowl. I'm all for cheap stuff, don't advertise falsely.

At its price point of $9.99, the pork bone soup was definitely worth the price. While it didn't have much meat, the broth was fragrant and soothing, complemented nicely by the side of rice. With a splash of chili the oil, the flavours became even more enjoyable, definitely want to try their hot soy milk next time!

Was super disappointed. I was craving Korean tofu stew and bibimbap but, when going here all the other stalls were open except them. They had a written paper on a tray that was invincible to public saying they will be back in 15min( invincible because i couldnt see it nor a few others that went there after myself). I ended up ordering at other food stalls and received my food and ate half and when going to the bathroom I passed by and there was still no one open to take any orders! So deffinitely not 15 min in returning more like 45 to an 1hr!
Too bad they lost my business since they decided to be sitting in the back eating or doing God knows what instead of making or taking food orders. Oh wells...

I’ve been a very loyal patron to this Cherry’s location in the past years, but no longer after my visit yesterday.
The management has now changed and so has my old go-to spot at Aberdeen’s food court.
It seems this management changed was about 3 months ago during my vacation/busy period as I was shocked to see a significant menu change.
The prices have slightly decreased from the original menu ranging from $12.95 - $15.95 to pretty much all the new dishes being $9.99.
HOWEVER, this price decrease comes with significant change.
Originally you were able to select a side dish (ie, Kimchi, bean sprouts, seaweed, or marinated potatoes) however now all side dishes are $1.99 more. All dishes now no longer come with the side soup or side dishes within the dish.
When I made my regular order (BBQ Mackerel) and requested the marinated potatoes to be my side dish, the lady had inputted it into the system and I saw it was an extra charge. I had inquired and she informed me that all sides are now extra, she did not then disclose to me anything else that would come with the dish so I wasn’t aware of the management changes.
On the screen it was listed that bean sprouts were apart of the dish and listed in on the receipt.
When I got my dish and my sister got her Jajangmyeon we were very disappointed.
My sisters Jajangmyeon lacked flavour and was a bit overcooked but was a decent size.
My BBQ Mackerel had way more bones than usual (which is minor), a very grey and overcooked egg, and half hardened rice.
Before the dish had a corn salad, a side green salad, as well as mentioned the complimentary side dish and soup. So now without all the accompaniments as well as the dish itself, was incredibly disappointing.
When I then had brought up that there were no bean sprouts as listed on the receipt, the lady then advised that it was ‘just on the system but not what they actually include’ which I felt should’ve been disclosed? I had then asked her about when these changes came into effect, she would not give a clear answer but she advised that it is because they lowered their prices. I had then mentioned it was a shame as before the price and value were really good, she then proceeded to gaslight me that the items were $16.99 before, which if anyone can also see in the previous menu images are untrue.
A shame new management came along and changed things, wish them the best nonetheless but not a spot I’ll support again.

We ordered beef bibimbap. For the price of about $10.50, we were expecting it to be smaller. Well we were wrong, it came in a decently sized take out tray and came with a variety of veggies such as mushrooms, carrots, zucchini, spinach-adjacent leafy green, and bean sprouts. The beef was perfectly marinated and the rice on the bottom actually came charred! The charring was a bit on the strong side and of course would've turned out better if done in stoneware but it did satiate my desire for a bit of a toasty crunch. Overall I'd definitely give this place another go and try their other menu items!

Bibimbap has no stone bowl anymore, not delicious anymore. some parts are cold and some parts hot in the bowl. The soy milk $1 with the combo, however, soya mild is never there. Cashew said not available every single time we went today. Changing bowl is such a bad idea!!!!!

It took half an hour for an order of bibimbap. They provided zero help when I asked where my order is. When I finally got my order they forgot the soup too. I gave up trying to get the soup because I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes. Terrible stall. Do not buy from them.
