I got the strawberry blueberry slush and asked them to make it sweeter and they actually did!! Sweet lady complimented my makeup too, loved the slush and the service was top tier, I was so happy that they actually made it sweeter, I so so recommend!
Randomly walked by Yonge Street and saw a huge queue in front of this shop — so I decided to give it a try! I got the new Fresh Mango Slush and brought it back to the office. I have to admit, it’s a beautiful mango drink! Everyone was asking where it’s from. You can really taste the difference — just fresh mango. The lovely cashier told me they don’t use any syrups or artificial ingredients, and after trying it, I totally believe it. It tasted pure and natural. We were all so impressed. Definitely getting it again!
Decent bubble tea shop! This is inside a small mall in Richmond and serves all your usual milk teas and boba drinks. Okay service, and about average pricing. The drinks were fine, nothing to write home about but I would go again.
Will come here again, good as always but need a bit improvement on snappy online ordering. They will not receive the order as snappy pay automatically accepts the order. Customers will need to expect a wait time :)
Matcha or something is delicious
Coconut jasmine yea with cream + boba
Nice drink!
Very delicious! ! !
The best milk tea I've ever had
So good!
I recently visited your bubble tea shop, and while the drinks were delicious, the service was really disappointing. Your staff seemed overwhelmed and ignored me when I tried to place my order. I had to repeat myself multiple times because they were too busy chatting among themselves. When they finally took my order, they acted annoyed, which made the experience even worse. It’s frustrating when you just want to enjoy a drink, but the attitude of the staff ruins it. Good drinks can’t make up for bad service!

super delicious hand crafted drinks ! my favourite is the peach oolong tea with salted cream !
Can’t wait to try it!
I ordered a cup of fruit tea called Explosive Orange, which was actually orange. It tasted like a strong pigmented drink and was almost the same as the orange-flavored effervescent tablets I drank when I was a kid. It was extremely unpleasant... In the twelve years I have been in Vancouver, I have tasted one of the worst tasting drinks. It’s a level of fruit tea to be able to make something like fruit tea taste unpalatable.
It’s actually a zero if this is a option, their quality of drinks are bad, their milk probably expired or something and still serve it to the customer, soon as we finished their brown sugar pearl with milk we had diarrhea and stomach pain, we also drank out a piece of some kind of cardboard from their drink, also the paint of the sealing wrap slowly comes off then stick on your straw and make it in the drink, it’s absolutely disgusting. Their customers service are awful, definitely need more training on understanding what the customer are asking for, even with the mic the server still didn’t hear what I asked for and just randomly picked a drink for me and I asked her which drink is that, she just continue with the next question, did not bother to answer any questions, it’s ridiculous, don’t go to this store!!
The drinks taste good, but the attitude of the clerk is bad. When I order, the machine in the store is running so it is noisy. The clerk cannot hear me but has a very bad attitude. He yells: What are you talking about? I can’t hear you. say what! So now it's my fault you can't hear me because of the noise in the store? If I speak louder, will you look disgusted? I simply don’t know what it means, no matter how good the drink is, it’s all in vain.
