I guess this is pretty standard for airport food and fast food. They have you stand at the counter while they make your food, and they don't take the next person's order until you get yours. Some kid went to the counter and stole a water bottle and the staff didn't really care (probably because they get paid minimum wage to deal with petty theft), and then 5 minutes later he stole another bottle and attempted to cut the line by standing next to me. Chose this because the A&W and subway lines were too long. Now 12 bucks for a burger is steep but, it isn't a rip off. The taste is good and you get a fair chunk of meat. The bun is still bigger than the meat though. It's decent and fast food appropriate for an airport. I recommend this restaurant.
Ok a few things:1. The spicy chicken tastes great.2. They actually open earlier than 10:30 (as google maps says). We went there at 9:30 and they are already serving.3. Service is fine just like a normal fast food experience.4. The chicken tastes really great. You should try.
