Nice spot, friendly staff.

Person at the front seems like she doesn’t want to work there. Awful service, low enthusiasm. Didn’t even ask for my rewards card until I mentioned it to her after. Turns out, I could’ve redeemed a free drink.

Wanted to order a chunky mango slush for my son without the chunky mango bits at the bottom. Employees informed me the boss is so strict they can not accommodate this. The drink is “set” and they will get in trouble for not making the drink EXACTLY as is. When I asked to contact the boss/manager, this information is unavailable as well. To clarify, I want to pay full price for a drink without part of the addition. It literally saves the business money AND keep my kid happy but this is not allowed. Strangest policy I’ve ever heard of. Would love to understand more about it if someone can follow up. This only seems to be an issue at this location.

Cannot use coco bc app offer nor any coco bc Facebook offer without any explanation. And cannot tell me which store allow them.

Deliciouss, one of the best coco locations drinks always come out consistent.

Bruce was polite, The stuff was very helpful and they serve with smile.

Great spot to chill out at. There’s limited capacity seating here. Usually groups of 4.

I must have a cup of Coco every day. I got a water cup and bucket on Coco day. I love it so much! Together with Big Pearl, she is the most beautiful girl in the whole street!

This location doesn't do the monthly specials and doesn't even have some of menu items other richmond locations have. Workers look clueless when I ask them if they have xyz drink

Really bad and unsanitary, our group of 7 children all got severe food poisoning. For what amounts to mixed drinks, this means horrible food safety and cleaning practices. VCH should shut this place down.

Coco’s drink quality is always consistent so I always come back! However, I am a bit dissatisfied with the customer experience in my last visit.

I ordered a milk tea with 30% sugar and regular ice. Unfortunately by the time I looked at my receipt and I realized it did not say 30% sugar the drink had already been made. As I let the girl with the glasses and claw clip know she said “but it’s already made, so it is it okay?”. And then I kindly asked her to remake it because I was sure I asked for 30% (I always get my drinks 30% for health reasons) and she looked pretty annoyed and said with a straight face “but you said regular sugar and ice”. To which I kindly said “oh I did say 30% actually sorry”. But I’m grateful she asked the barista to remake it anyways.

What happened was after I ordered, there was a lineup behind me so I wanted to quickly leave the counter after ordering. It’s definitely my fault for not double checking the screen and properly listening to the cashier repeat my order. But even if it was my mistake, I don’t think it warranted that kind of reaction from her. Remaking a regular milk tea takes less than 30 seconds and doesn’t cost a lot of money at all. I didn’t understand why it seemed like such an inconvenience to request the drink to be remade. Again, I’m grateful she did end up asking the barista to remake my drink (she was also really nice when I was ordering) but this experience did make me a little sad and I felt bad for being troublesome.
