I must have a cup of Coco every day. I got a water cup and bucket on Coco day. I love it so much! Together with Big Pearl, she is the most beautiful girl in the whole street!

This location doesn't do the monthly specials and doesn't even have some of menu items other richmond locations have. Workers look clueless when I ask them if they have xyz drink

Really bad and unsanitary, our group of 7 children all got severe food poisoning. For what amounts to mixed drinks, this means horrible food safety and cleaning practices. VCH should shut this place down.

Coco’s drink quality is always consistent so I always come back! However, I am a bit dissatisfied with the customer experience in my last visit.

I ordered a milk tea with 30% sugar and regular ice. Unfortunately by the time I looked at my receipt and I realized it did not say 30% sugar the drink had already been made. As I let the girl with the glasses and claw clip know she said “but it’s already made, so it is it okay?”. And then I kindly asked her to remake it because I was sure I asked for 30% (I always get my drinks 30% for health reasons) and she looked pretty annoyed and said with a straight face “but you said regular sugar and ice”. To which I kindly said “oh I did say 30% actually sorry”. But I’m grateful she asked the barista to remake it anyways.

What happened was after I ordered, there was a lineup behind me so I wanted to quickly leave the counter after ordering. It’s definitely my fault for not double checking the screen and properly listening to the cashier repeat my order. But even if it was my mistake, I don’t think it warranted that kind of reaction from her. Remaking a regular milk tea takes less than 30 seconds and doesn’t cost a lot of money at all. I didn’t understand why it seemed like such an inconvenience to request the drink to be remade. Again, I’m grateful she did end up asking the barista to remake my drink (she was also really nice when I was ordering) but this experience did make me a little sad and I felt bad for being troublesome.

I ordered a hot fresh Taro Milk Tea. The taros were cold and the milk tea was room temperature. I believe the server didn’t heat up the taros and the milk tea’s temperature has dropped due to the cold taros. The store wasn’t super busy so there’s no excuse for it. Don’t go to this location.

Put an entire chunk of honey jelly in the drink…when I first put the straw in I couldn’t even stab through it. Who does this? Please scoop it into smaller pieces like at least 3 or 4. This is difficult to drink, don’t do this just because you use paper cup now and think we can see inside smh

My wife wants bubble tea without ice. Every time she goes to coco I have to listen to her for ½ an hour complaining about having ice in the drink. The ice makes the pearls hard and waters down the drink!Some idiot at coco made a policy of always having ice in bubble tea, and the workers are to scared to make a drink without ice.. how stupid is that? Your already charging 8$ for drinks are you so cheap that you have to water them down with ice??? If not, why do you have to argue with customers about ice in the drink?

I can only say that Coco evokes My memories of the milk tea made with powder as a child. Aside from that, it’s seriously outclassed by today’s milk teas! Its taste is nothing to brag about, just average. I truly don’t understand why the service at all Coco stores in the Greater Vancouver area are consistently poor. Today, when I ordered teas at this store to treat My clients, I wanted an e-receipt for easier accounting and tax purposes. But while I was entering my email, the server skipped the step forcefully. When I mentioned I needed the e-receipt, she said she had already printed a paper one, suggesting there was no need for an electronic version. It’s absurd! I suspect she might have done it to avoid making the next customer wait. Such an experience is truly disappointing!

Kid-friendliness: Artificial flavor. Not recommended to kids.

Ordered Milk 3 Guys and requested a topping replacement through the app. However, when I received my order, the staff informed me that the toppings are fixed and couldn't be changed or removed because the flavor might change, which seemed contradictory because I was still able to pay extra and add an topping for something else.
