This has been my favourite spot for hot pot for the past 5 years that I have lived in BC and Richmond, the ladies that work there are so attentive and kind, they always remember my order and my name which is very sweet, always worth the wait quality of the meat is high as well. Worth the $ always.
I’ve been eating at Shabu Shabu for the past 3 years, and honestly, not once have I had anything to complain about. The place is always clean, the food is fresh, and everything just feels well taken care of.
I don’t usually come back to a place if it feels even a little bit dirty or off. but this spot is different.

I was dining at Gokudo Richmond tonight and unfortunately there was a very rude and unreasonable customer sitting right beside me.
