This place is one of the rare Coco locations left that uses real Yakult branding Yakult for their drinks (and not the Costco probiotic) as well as REAL grapefruit and not the grapefruit pulp.

Not all Coco stores are the same. Don’t waste your money supporting ones that cheats you.

Ordered two drinks and the person at the counter was extremely rude. No smile, no greet, aggressive tone.

I ordered 5 cups of sugar-reduced pearl milk tea with coconut. Why don’t you give me five cups of sugar-free, pearl-free milk tea with only coconut.

Ordered a medium drink yet they accidentally made a large, proceeded to dump out half of it and put it in a medium cup, not only wasting the drink, but also another cup and a seal. Really stupid of them, IMO. Meanwhile, my other slushy drink had melted because we had to wait so long. Dumb decisions costed them more money than I.

The best one I have visited so far. I was a little flattered by the enthusiasm of the store clerk. She was a petite girl with medium-long hair Although I had already thought about what I wanted to drink, she still introduced her enthusiastically?The store is very It's bright and very clean~ I thought no one would sit down and drink handcuffs, but it turned out that there were actually people sitting there chatting?

Parking: A concentrated area with supermarket stores and many parking spaces.

The service here is very lazy. Every time I ask for 30% sugar in my milk tea, it is super sweet. They’ve already pre-mixed the milk tea with at least 80%-100% sugar and won’t bother making a new batch. Why not just tell the customer you won’t customize the sugar level? Another drink down the drain.

Employees were quite rude. I had asked for no salty cream and the lady looked annoyed as she had already put it on. To scoop it out with a spoon isn’t too hard. I quickly got in my car and realized she made my order wrong, I asked for coconut jelly and I guess she didn’t realize and gave me pearls. I go back in to check if I might’ve gotten my order wrong. She grabs it throws it in the garbage, aggressively makes my correct order and plops it on the counter. No apologies or anything and continued with their closing duties.

I really love to visit this place when I do have spare time and to get away and alone time! Staff are really friendly I wanna mention the girl who knows me and what I always order! Ambiance is very cozy and designed accurately! My drinks are always the same taste! They prioritize standard procedure! Kudos to the owner hope your business will continue growing and give people above and beyond expectations about the service you guys provide! Thanks again!Ps. I just realized that some of them are rude to customers who is like they know I’m a regular customer but what so ever if I order 30 minutes later they start making noice talking about negative comments and etc. hope the attitude towards customers will change and be respectful and not mean and rude

CoCo is one of my favorite go to beverage places. I'm a big fan of bubble tea so it's very nice and convenient having a CoCo in blundell shopping center. My 2 favorite items are the regular milk tea with pearls and the mango yakult with coconut jelly. I was really blown away by the flavors when I tried mango yakult for the first time. Kind of a shame that their using paper cups now. The clear plastic cups from before were really appealing as you could see the beverage and it's contents through the cup when you receive it.
