Very pathetic service by the lady working evening shift on Jan 13th, 2025. She was least interested in serving to begin with and the first question I asked when i reached at 8:10 was what time do you guys close. She said last order 8:30. 8:20 when i went to order she said no food anymore. Which was a pure lie. She wasn't even able to answer when I asked why can she not serve. Just said "cook did it" (no clue what that means).She said they don't even have their basic food that is naan. I have eaten from this place before and the staff has always been nice. But very bad today. Someone really needs to teach the staff good customer service.

I always go to CF Richmond Center but never tried Express Curry food. Today I got lunch there and it will be the LAST time they get my money. First of the server was horrible, she packed in a LOT of gravy and little meat. When I pointed it out to her to add meat, she added a ONE small piece and pointed to the menu price. I bought the large lunch with 2 meat options, the taste was BELOW the standard I'm used to from other Indian restaurants. WORST Indian food I've had in 4 years.

One of the staff member is unneccesarily rude. All I asked was if I can get chhole and kulcha seperately. The kitchen didn't mind doing that in the past when this woman was not on shift. She is just trying to be difficult and losing on their own store's sales.
The lady was rudest you can imagine of. Working at 6:40. Both the lady nd girl were showing an attitude they r pissed off serving you. Go nd find a better option nd better face than them

I had their Chicken Biryani today. I like curry as a whole and on each of my visits I’ve really enjoyed the food. The Biryani took about 5-min to prepare and worth the wait. The curry was mild - the way I like it. A little on the salty side but that’s my personal preference. ?
Parking: Parking is hit or miss because it can get busy over the weekends
Wheelchair accessibility: There are elevators to the foodcourt

Went there today in the evening around 6:30, there was a young girl wearing transparent spectacles she was way too rude and don’t know how to deal with the customers as nobody have trained her to be in the customer service sector. Won’t think to go back there.???
