Sometimes I find it crazy that you have to point these kinds of things out to people. Then I am reminded that we are all slowly losing our collective consciousness, that common sense is so uncommon, that any sense at all is a rarity, and that the world where we all looked out for eachother has faded into oblivion.

I understand that dq microwaves their burgers sometimes - but to receive a burger that is completely soggy, literally wet from being microwaved too long that scalds my mouth on the first bite goes to show that the staff here simply do not care about their customers.

Arwyn at the cash desk was absolutely fabulous great customer service and was so kind to hook me up with a custom cake for my birthday needless to say arwyn was the best would recommend going to this establishment just to converse with such an articulate young man

Sneaky added tax to bill, with no breakdown to what the tax is.
Was charged 72 cents sales tax on a $10dollar meal deal.
Bill just shows Sales Tax amount.
No GST number on the bill.
When you charge GST on a bill there should be a GST number.
I don’t mind paying my GST tax or a take-out bag fee.
There needs to be more transparency, and breakdown for what the tax charges are. Feeling gouged!

Ice cream is always good but hexpensive! I really want to give this place a better rating because their soft serve is so good but I just can't justify the value.

Bought some ice cream. Ice cream was fine, staff was super friendly. I have a small child who needed to use the washroom. I had to go help her because it was disgusting in there. Like really disgusting…
