Just finished work this morning and went straight here just for this. I was so curious about it. I need to go here every weekend since their cream puffs are only available on that day. Best waffles ever! First had their waffles one year ago, then again today. Tastes just like the first time I had it, and I fell in love instantly. Each waffle is made with love, you can feel it in each bite where you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. The texture of these waffles is incredible- slightly crispy on the outside when heated up and the inside is soft and light with a subtle mochi chewiness- absolutely amazing.
