I highly recommend this place. Typical hole in the wall, with very nice contemporary ambience. A few tables in a room with very pretty drawings and doodling on the walls. The menus are in Chinese but the guy at the counter speaks English and volunteers to help you order. His claim is that “no other place in Vancouver offers authentic Chinese food like he does”. I believe him. The food was not oily, veges delicately cut and cooked, not too much sauce, delicate flavours intertwined...
This place has become my go-to whenever I don’t know what to eat. Most of the dishes are pretty spicy and heavy-tasting which is perfect for me. Price and portion are great as well. Never disappoints! :D
It is SO good, perfect portion, taste, price and service. I can’t be happier and I will be back. The cashier was patient and observant- two people ordered one dish but still gave two sets of utensils. It is not everyday you also get someone politely bowing to thank you. My friend introduced me and I want to introduce this place to the whole world!!! It is great place for a late night order as they open until late too. 11/10 😇👍
