I’ve ordered a mango tea and a strawberry tea, the mango one I’ve ask for full sugar and the strawberry one no sugar. I recommend no sugar cuz full sugar is way too sweet for me. The drinks are incredible btw.

I tried their Signature Fruit Tea, and added Coconut Jelly. The tea was really good, the price for the drink was reasonable, the service was fast and they were polite and friendly when taking the order. The design on their cup is lovely and nice as well.

Not very good customer service, when a teenager asks for something, and on the front desk they charge for what they understood which was almost double the price. As the outcome, a teenager frustrated that didn't got what she wanted, and nothing they could have done because after 15 seconds of being ordered, they "were already doing it, so they couldn't do nothing"

Fairbee bubble tea is one of my all time favourites! The black milk tea with grass jelly and tea jelly is my go to. They also have this amazing 2 for $8 dollar deal on selected drinks!! Try this place if you ever get a chance

Quality milk tea, I have tried here many times, all are great. Especially some of their drinks are available in jumbo size, really satisfy my milk tea craving. But the strawberry milk tea I recently ordered was a bit sweeter than other drinks and the drink lacked the tea flavor of milk tea but still a good drink. Also, the staff are really nice and friendly, should be on the list to try when visiting Richmond centre mall.

It's an absolute delight imo! The staff was incredibly nice and the drinks were great. I highly recommend the strawberry matcha fresh milk w/ no whip. Richmond is known for great bbt but I think fairbee should be towards the top of the list.
