I had a very disappointing experience at Fair Bubble Tea. It was my first time visiting, and I ordered a strawberry bubble tea, but it tasted like flavored water — nothing like what you’d expect from a bubble tea shop. What made the experience worse was the manager’s attitude. When I raised my concern, she was arrogant and dismissive. There was no apology, no effort to understand the issue, just pure attitude that was clearly visible on her face. I work in customer service myself, and this is not how complaints should ever be handled. A manager should be sensible, polite, and willing to help, especially when a customer is unhappy. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they seriously improve both their drink quality and customer service.

I’ve ordered a mango tea and a strawberry tea, the mango one I’ve ask for full sugar and the strawberry one no sugar. I recommend no sugar cuz full sugar is way too sweet for me. The drinks are incredible btw.

I tried their Signature Fruit Tea, and added Coconut Jelly. The tea was really good, the price for the drink was reasonable, the service was fast and they were polite and friendly when taking the order. The design on their cup is lovely and nice as well.

Not very good customer service, when a teenager asks for something, and on the front desk they charge for what they understood which was almost double the price. As the outcome, a teenager frustrated that didn't got what she wanted, and nothing they could have done because after 15 seconds of being ordered, they "were already doing it, so they couldn't do nothing"
I loved the taro bubble tea. It was just the right sweetness and and the boba had the right consistency.
