Bought two croissants and one was burnt to a crisp charred dark brown and practically inedible. I did not notice until I went home with them and was quite discontent that it wasn't replaced before it was served to me. Aside from that, the service was friendly.

Lovely little cafe in Richmond with a great owner.
I ordered a macchiato and the owner, Jen, recommended the caramel one.
Jan/Jen was super courteous, told me about the cafe and business surviving Covid19 and still running successfully.
She made recommendations, and when my guest didn't like how bitter her drink was, Jen surprised us with a different drink at no extra cost.
