Unprofessional staff. Around 6am, I said good morning to the petite lady who’s wiping the floor in uniform inside Freshii store and then asking when are you open? Instead of asking good morning back to me or telling me their opening hour. She said some word and went why you ask. I was like uhmm it seems like lunch menu to me not breakfast. Questioning a customer why you ask our store opening hour sounds rude. There are so many friendly eating options inside the airport definitely not this one.
Ordered the closest vegan dish they had which is the Buddha, but I went to eat it, it was 90% rice noodles. When I returned it, the staff argued with me. When a business WANTS to satisfy a customer its usually, 1) can I get you something else like a salad? 2) can I remake it for you 3) can I give you a refund 4) would you like to speak to my manager. None of those options occurred except giving me a hard time and wanting to argue. I wasted my money on them. I would avoid
They usually only have one person working. Don’t bother if there is someone ahead of you in line, very slow.
Often the worker in the evening hides around the corner on their phone. I’ve walked away from this place many times because there is no service.
Rude and unfriendly stuff. The guy named Ansh was unhappy and rude that I came back and pointed out of missing ingredients in my bowl. Instead of saying at least sorry he was mad that he forgot yo put items in it.
I was rushing and didn’t have time to return my money and talk to the manager.
You guys really need to hire at least ppl with nice attitude. That’s imperial how I paid for my food and needed to fight for it
It took way too long because only one employee was handling both taking orders and preparing the food. I got the Chipotle Cheddar Bowl, but they skimped on the sauce, and it was overpriced for what I received.
I do love the food but service is horrible everywhere you go especially Vancouver airport lol
At YVR right now and just had the Kale smoothie (they were out of any other smoothies) and the one the server originally gave me was full liquid, not anywhere near a smoothie-like texture. I pointed it out to the server and they added some ice to thicken it up. Unfortunately still totally underwhelming and definitely not worth the $11. Fair warning to everyone else and lesson learned on my part.
The staff was friendly, especially the girl, but I was disappointed with the lack of knowledge about the menu. When I asked if the tomato soup contained dairy, the male staff member didn’t know the answer. Additionally, the prices are noticeably higher compared to similar options in the city, making the experience underwhelming for the cost.
The Indian young cook/server is the person who can not work in food service businesses. From ordering to getting my food, every moment to talk to me was just annoying. The worst experience ever!

The dude doesn’t know what his doing. Took order on the guy behind me first. Then didn’t send my order to kitchen. Waited 20mins for 2 wraps.

Worst customer service ever. She was shouting at us in front of everyone and did not want to listen.
