The server complained about something to his coworker, well aware I was the only customer standing there waiting to order, making me wait for several minutes. After he input my order, he just walked away instead of explaining that it was ready for payment. I needed a receipt but he had walked away to chat some more so I had to reach over and grab my receipt myself. He then took several minutes to start making my order (a simple smoothie) because he was continuing to complain to his coworker. So unprofessional. I have his name but will keep it private here.

Just waited for 10 mins at the airport Freshii waiting for someone to serve us and finally called out “hello” to see if there was someone there and the cashier came out from just behind the cooler where I think she had been the whole time avoiding us or hiding. She did not apologize and I also saw another customer get tired of waiting and just walk away. So not professional.

This place is brutal! I work at the airport, and try to get breakfast most mornings, and it's one of the mysteries of the universe when this place will actually open. I've seen it open 20-30 minutes after the advertised time most mornings. Definitely don't go here if you have a schedule to keep.
