This place is brutal! I work at the airport, and try to get breakfast most mornings, and it's one of the mysteries of the universe when this place will actually open. I've seen it open 20-30 minutes after the advertised time most mornings. Definitely don't go here if you have a schedule to keep.

Waited 9-10 minutes to put in my order (no line, poor guy working alone running till and making food). Finally got to order and they didn't have any of the 3 items we wanted available.

Today was my first time at Freshii, I ordered the Oaxaca bowl. The food was horrible. Rice was soggy, tofu and beans were completely absent of spices or flavor, and the "spicy yogurt sauce" rendered the dish inedible for my palate...I asked what it was and it is apparently a mix of BBQ sauce and yogurt?? That is not at all what I would expect "spicy yogurt sauce" to be, and it was a very bizarre and unpleasant combination.I attempted to get a refund or voucher as I needed to get to my flight and did not have time for them to re-make a different bowl (which was offered to me) but unfortunately they couldn't provide either, so it was a wasted $20.Will not be eating at Freshii again.

Freshii was okay for an airport option - I was desperately looking for some fresh options and they were the only place available at the time. Typical of an airport, the prices seem silly high. I had the pangao bowl without the cheese and added falafel. It was okay, the BBQ sauce was rather sweet and I found the falafel kind of dry.

Why does menu have smoothies but it's not offered? No signs or part of that menu coveredThe lady at cashier was slightly rude.

The menu has a ‘V’ notation to indicate which menu items are vegan - but none of them are vegan??? Drinks don’t count. Why have this pretence of inclusivity if the menu clearly isn’t designed for vegans… I was able to make my burrito vegan with the help of the the employee, but only by removing stuff and making it taste less interesting. Look into substitutes, or have a fully vegan option on the menu.

Great food& customer serviceThe lady her name is Dilna she is awesome ?
Understaffed, women working counter was rude, over priced versus other offerings (Tim Hortons downstairs) didn’t add chicken despite charging $6. Other reviews report similar which means it’s most likely poorly managed. First time eating here and will be the last.

Emlpoyee did not recognize any customer talking to him at first. After the third "hello, are you guys open?" He answered.Very impolite and snappy staff. On top of that he messed up my order and tried to convince me it would have been my fault instead of just saying sorry.Never gonna order food here again even though the food was okay.

Terrible value and very ungenerous. Paid $21 for a fiesta salad with a dollop of chicken, the chicken was almost frozen. When I asked for a small spoon of chopped tomato on top, they wanted to charge extra. Real classy.

Salad was good if you like prison food. Not happy. Chicken quality was real cheap for such an expensive salad.
