We entered the store and staff members were giving us very rude look and the service was worse they were just talking with each other and i think they were not happy to serve us worse customer service

The photos are deceptive and do not look like the actual drinks they serve. Not enough ice and it was luke warm and the drink looked horrible and tasted even worse. The Oreo drink is super grainy. Tasted like Oreos blended with milk.

I ordered an earl grey milk tea drink on Saturday 12 October and I got my order after like waiting for 15 mins, I was fine with waiting but I had to remind them of the order then they proceeded to give me a S size when I paid for M. I asked them again and they change it to M but man, the tea was just colored water with sour boba, one sip and had to throw out the whole drink smh ! 8 bucks wasted

Similar theme to the reviews below very slow service with only one working. After waiting patiently it turns out they don't have oranges so the family and I just left. I get it if it was exotic fruit or mangos which recently went out of season but everyone should have oranges

I don’t know why their cashier having such a bad attitude to me. It makes me feel I am living in Brooklyn. Ignore me trying to say Hi, refuses talking and use body signals to let me go to the window. when I order she just said she don’t have anything and rolled her eye.I can tell it’s the worst bubble tea shop I have ever been. Maybe you should treat your customers properly. If you don’t want to work, just go take a break, no one force you to bully your customers.
