The lady working there today around 11 made me an amazing iced coffee!! The Tim Hortons on this side of the airport doesn’t do iced lattes, and I prefer not to support Starbucks, and ended up here. She made me an iced soy latte with lots of ice exactly how I wanted it, delicious, give that queen a raise!! Espresso tastes way better than Starbucks ???

The sandwiches leave a lot to be desired and they are quite expensive. I can accept an expensive but good sandwich or a bad but cheap sandwich, but not both. The only thing they have going for them is that there is (unsurprisingly) no lineup.

Ordered a falafel wrap with hot sauce. Was given a wrap without falafel and loads of hot sauce. Lol. I found out on the flight after taking off. Yes, if it had not taken off I would have rescheduled my flight just to get the wrap I want ?Never again.

The male cashier is very rude. Sandwich makers and servers don’t communicate. The cashier doesn’t look at you when he takes orders and rushes people to pay. I specifically asked the sandwich maker to make me a grilled sandwich with sliced of meat and the cashier charged me an overpriced item which I didn’t order, when I corrected him, he gave me my money back and asked the sandwich maker not to make the right sandwich. The food is overpriced and it doesn’t even justify the service they give you. Go to starbucks or carl’s junior instead. People who work here are unprofessional and doesn’t provide proper customer service.
