Not sure why the low ratings. Previous reviewers had me worried. Ordered #5 beef brisket rice bowl. Everything cooked properly. Broccoli was firm. Beef brisket very tender and had some nice fatty parts which add to the taste. Service was fine and efficient.

Absolutely rediculous, it's so expensive and once I dropped my meal and they didn't choose to give us another piece of chicken back. Don't ever try this restaurant, please. It's expensive and not worth it! (Bad service btw everything costs money even paper towels)

Wonton and beef brisket didn't come with veggies as in menu. Meat in wontons was pink and undercooked. Brisket was more than half fat. I'm a human garbage disposal but didn't even finish half of it.

The Indian girl who worked on October 10th around 8:00-8:30pm was not sufficient at her job. She was talking to her coworker who has just come back from break and in doing so, did not give me my utensils. I had to ask multiple times to get her attention.

One of the most unfriendly women at the cash register, making mistakes on my order and blames me for ordering wrong. I ordered beef brisket and wonton topping then she looked at me and said you want what? I repeated then you want C, I said I guess. But instead it was beef ball and fish ball which I really don’t care about. When I complained. They won’t even offer a topping change for noodle they order by mistake. Also the soup has really strong MSG taste. I would not recommend this restaurant. I do not recommend this place and services

I don't understand the negative reviews. Today I tried the teriyaki beef rice and I love it. Tender beef with mouthe watering sauce. The portion is very fulfilling too

Although so many negative views, when I asked for recommendation, the lady told me to try the beef brisket with rice. Honestly the beef brisket is so good, better than alot of places back in Toronto!
That's the only thing I had tried cause it's my first time here at Vancouver terminal!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others traveling through Vancouver Airport.
The food was practically inedible. I ended up throwing most of it away. But what was far worse was the terrible service. The woman taking orders was unbelievably rude, throwing utensils at customers and yelling across the counter.
If you treat people this way, you have absolutely no business working in customer service!! You do not have the right to ruin someone’s day with your attitude!
Vancouver Airport should seriously reconsider its partnership with this business. It damages the airport’s reputation and leaves a terrible impression on travelers from around the world.
