Was told about this restaurant by family. Atmosphere was great, staff friendly and quick, food was great. Really enjoyed the dinner with excellent service. Lots of parking but fills up very quickly, additional parking in the multi level garage.

Food taste is very close to Hong Kong, hard to find a better HK style cafe in greater Vancouver. Place is clean, modern and trendy. Plenty of parking.

Came in for the lobster and crab dinner. It was good. The sweet and sour pork needed improvement though.

Saw some bad reviews but we thought it was great. Big portions, good options and quick.

the food used to be good here, don’t know what happened. my family and i went to this restaurant for dinner last night. we ordered pork and crispy fried squid.. both dishes were not pleasant to eat for the price we paid. the $30 pork dish had absolutely no meat inside, all of it was pork fat inside coated with the fried batter and sauce. we couldn’t even finish it as you can see in the picture we had to take it home. as for the squid dish, the fried batter was way too thick to coat the squid. basically all we ate was fried batter last night for dinner😞 we used to love going here as they give huge portions and the food used to be good but now it’s been getting worse with the expensive prices and it’s not worth it. i don’t recommend coming here unless you order from their breakfast menu.

The food was amazing! The servers were nice and answered any questions we had about food options. Service was a little slow but only cause it was busy. Would highly recommend this restaurant!

Food was scrumptious and extremely fast! We ordered our food and got it about 5 minutes later. Had a lovely experience.

Good value for Peking duck and rest of the food is really good as well.

all other pics found posted by others is deep fried noodles with sauce drizzled on top

the take out i got was all mixed together

Worst lunchtime experience ever, never been treated this bad in a restaurant. March 14/25, we have arrived at 11:15am, breakfast menu till 11:30, we have asked and ordered from lunch menu at 11:18am, my wife’s dish arrived 20 minutes later, next was my turn same dish 6 minutes later……. And that is when fun starts, my daughters order, 10 minutes nothing, we ask stuff, she went check without saying a word to us , and again waiting another 15 minutes we ask again and waitress said she will check….. in the meantime others that arrived after us for lunch getting their food on the tables, I have finished eating and my daughter food finally arrived after 56 minutes from time we ordered, I ask waitress to speak to the manager, not on site till 2 pm she said. I asked for someone in charge, there is no one ( funny and strange) guess restaurants run themselves those days??!!. I asked for my daughters dishes to be taken off the bill to be free since our family lunch was a complete disaster. She said do I want to cancel it , I said yes at that point she took the ordered meal , after my daughter sticks her used chopsticks in it, funny that immediately after that person two tables away got same dish from the kitchen served by same waiters….. disgusting….. have fun eating someone else’s used food. Guess will be reporting that to Richmond Health Department on Monday!!!
Went back after 2 pm to talk to the manager, conveniently not working today after been told to come back after 2pm , guess I will be back Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday….. disappointing and disgusting experience….. worst service ever stuff unprofessional and rude.

Absolutely horrible service. Went here with my parents for lunch. We ordered of the lunch menu and were waiting for our food. My mom's food came out first (maybe 10 to 15min from ordering) and then my dads 5min minutes later and they started eating. Mine never showed up so 10min later we flagged down a server and asked about it. She said she would go check. Heard nothing for the next 15min and at this point I've been waiting 45min for my food. Asked again and this time she didn't even say anything just went to the back. 10min still nothing. At this point my parents were done eating and I still haven't gotten my food. An hour into our lunch my food finally shows up. We say that it's ridiculous that I had to wait that long and we want to speak with a manager and they said there wasn't one on staff? So we said who is next in charge and they said no one. My dad said he shouldn't have to pay for the meal since they were done eating and my food JUST showed up. They said they can't do that but they can give us 10% off? We explained how that is not acceptable and she started arguing with us, blaming us for the delay because we ordered off the lunch menu during lunch!! I finally got fed up and said in that case I don't even want it and to take it off the bill. They took the food away (that I stuck my chopsticks in) and literally a minute later gave it to another table!! Same server, same dish, same plate! Absolutely disgusting! 0/10. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Came for dinner. Had the crab and 2 dishes for $69.88 combo.
The crab was okay, but small. Definitely less than 2lbs. Service non existent to even change the plate.
Order gai lan beef. The beef was tasteless and no wok hey.
Ordered the assorted meant hotpot. Blend again and watery.

Added an extra plate of salt and pepper squid. It turned out to be the worst that I have ever had. The batter was so freaking thick and looked more like the chop suey places that serve sweet and sour chicken balls. This dish was just gross.

Not coming back for this crappy food.
