Food is not fresh. I ordered Hainan chicken rice. Chicken stinks and rice is spoiled。 The takeout for my family is not what I have ordered. Not recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality is Still Here - Fantastic Value and Speedy Service!
I have to admit, I came in a little skeptical after sifting through recent reviews that the quality might have slipped. I am thrilled to report that is absolutely NOT the case! This place is still a solid 5-star gem, delivering outstanding value for authentic Chinese cuisine.
The service was impressively prompt from the moment we sat down. Our waitress was efficient, and it felt like the kitchen had our order the second she left taking our order. The dishes came out piping hot and incredibly fast. They also had time to swap our dirty dish for clean plates.
We ordered the Peking duck along with a few other side dishes, and everything was fantastic. The quality you get for the price is genuinely hard to beat. Honestly, I was so busy enjoying the meal that I didn't even think to take pictures for a review. It wasn't until my wife and I were talking afterward about how good everything was that we agreed this restaurant deserved some recognition. We felt we had to do it justice and assure everyone that the quality is still there.
If you're looking to feast on a wide variety of Chinese food, they have it all. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!
I did post a picture of the evidence of a truly fantastic meal! We didn't think to take 'before' pictures, but the mostly empty plates speak for themselves.

I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The food is disgusting, everything needed salt. The drinks are overly sweet and there is no service. We weren’t asked how our meal was once. They forgot to give us spoons after we asked. Don’t come here if you want good food or good service.

Came here for breakfast. Service and food came quickly. Personally don't like the omelet ham but like the pineapple bun. Will come back!

Service was quick and easy m, friendly staff. Food was okay. But not consistent, there were 6 of us, and we all got satay beef noodle soups. The first 4 bowls of noodle soups were very watery, and not tasty at all as the soup color were very light. Then the other two were good, very tasty soup. Came here for breakfast. And maybe try something else next time

Visiting Vancouver and wanted to try this new restaurant. It was a disappointment. We ordered special fry rice, congee, soya sauce fried noodle, roasted pig with tofu. All of these dishes tasted bland. The Fish soup combo was the only tasty one.
The restaurant was also very noisy. I do not recommend.

Very over-crowded.
Ordered 4 set lunches. All dishes looked very good but taste was mediocre.
Restaurant environment : tables were quite close to each other.

We had a set menu for 8.
The 9 pound+ Alaska king crab was superb. The restaurant offered 4 dishes and everyone was delicious.
1. steamed legs in garlic and green onion
2. the main body was deep fried seasoned with soy sauce. tasted as goid as the steam favor
3. crab soup to make noodle in sauce
4. fried rice with crab meat in coconut oil.
they didn't waste any part of the crab.👍👍👍
sweet and sour pork, steamed chicken, stir fried beef with eggplant, he eggplant was coated with honey sauce, Peking duck...
everything is good.
service very good.
price also very good. 🤣 but worth it.

I actually like the Kingsway location better. The service at the Richmond location doesn't sit well with me. Don't get me wrong the food is done very well and very tasty!
But a snotty attitude in return when your just asking for another napkin doesn't jive man...

I was craving for pineapple bun and baked pork chop and because our favorite place was not open on a Tuesday, we decided to dine here instead. At $7.50, the pineapple bun with butter was the most expensive we have ever had in Vancouver. It was sad looking, not warmed up before serving, and quite bready. For that price point, it was an absolute rip off!
The baked pork chop was okay!
Wont be coming back for sure….

No waitress give damn about you. You rise your hand for 5 mins, they just pretend they didn't see you .
