Doesnt allow you to sit down at the restau even if you spend money at their establishment! Avoid this place!
Got a box of croissants with average $6 each. The strawberry custard one is good, the others were average. Durian one was sour, I wonder if it went bad.. size of each croissant is not very big with that price..
Food was great and very friendly staff

Received their text message for special offer: buy 1 croissant get 1 free . Visited the store on Oct 26, 2024 but the staff said that the text message promotion is not valid.
Update
Got their reply 3 days later. I don't care what is the loyalty program. They keep sending customer false promotional message.

We ordered coffee and some desserts but we are asked not to dine inside the cafe? A mother along with a baby was asking to drink coffee outside in this cold weather. Why are we told to drink outside mam?

[EDIT: I see the Hazukido crew has given a response about the minimum $12 rule. I would just like to point out that I didn't know about this rule because I was not told, it's not posted in an obvious place, and it was my first time there. My croissant and coffee cost around $10 already, if I'd known the minimum to eat in was $12 I would have ordered two croissants... Instead I wasn't told the rule, I was just kicked out. I tried to be nice with this review, but I'm not impressed. The review is now one star instead of two.]
I heard about this place and its famous croissants, and it used to have the croissants posted on the door inside the mall. So naturally I really wanted to sit down and have a croissant for breakfast! I walked in and got a table and realized the sit-down menu did not seem to have croissants. I could not get the server's attention at all to ask her about it. Eventually I walked to the cafe at the back and ordered there instead... And the server finally came over and said I can't eat it in the empty restaurant OR the empty cafe!
I am sure it's not the server's fault the policy or the menu are made this way, but it was a bit shocking. The salted egg croissant was extremely over-sweet for me. I might have tried a second flavour if I could have sat down... There are Google reviews showing croissants on plates. Do they not do this anymore? :(

Quiet little cafe, great food, quality food, taste was great. A little bit pricey but worth it for month of October 15% off bill total. There is a minimum charge per head of 16$.

The afternoon tea set is great value! Lots of food yummmmm
Visited yesterday for afternoon coffee. Great croissant and pastries but I think it’s overpriced without the buy 3 and get 3 free. I still think it’s worth a try.
