My friend and I had a great experience at Hibiki Ramen!
The atmosphere was great, we were greeted by friendly staff to our seat.
Highly recommend their signature shio ramen as well as their tender and crispy chicken karaage ! This is an underrated place and we will definitely come back to try out more food on the menu! π

Seasoning of ramen spot on , not too salty and itβs so rich that highlights the taste of pork chasiu! The pork is tender like slow cooked meat , very generous for giving a whole egg instead of half ! Ramen is amazing but other appetizers are fair

Yakitori (skewers) were hit/miss. Ordered the omakase set - most were tender and well seasoned, while a couple were over-charred and bland.
