I had a fantastic experience yesterday at Hula Poke at YVR Airport! We arrived right around closing time and fully expected to be turned away, but the staff welcomed us with a warm smile and didn’t hesitate to serve us all who were there. It was such a refreshing act of kindness, especially at the end of a long travel day.

The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented — you could tell it was made with care, not rushed at all despite the late hour....

I recently had the pleasure of trying a poke bowl from this spot, and I have to say—it exceeded my expectations in every way. I ordered the Ponzu flavor, and it was absolutely delicious. From the first bite, it was clear that a lot of care and attention to detail had gone into crafting the flavors and selecting fresh ingredients.

The Ponzu sauce was the real star of the show for me. It had a vibrant citrusy tang with just the right balance of salty soy flavor...
