Was casually trying this place as I was nearby. As I was eating, a family walked in for a reservation and the server (woman with glasses) was yelling at that family about the reservation. Just weird how the server behaves cuz she can simply tell the family no reservation is allowed over the phone rather than yelling at them (in front of the children). I feel bad just watching this happened. No going there again.

The first step in this shop, I already want to leave..the short hair lady shouted from the cashier like 5 meters from the door and asked “for how many people?” The lady really discouraged our mood since we entered, she showed her long face for the entire dinner, not just to us, to all customers, even customers were paying the bill, she looks don’t care at all….I feel poor to this restaurant to have this staff….no matter how good is the food, I won’t go to this restaurant again…let alone the food is no good at all, the meat and noodle has frozen taste…
Decent food, but horrible service. Lady who works there looks like she hates customers. I feel bad for the owner for hiring someone like that.
The ramen broth was bland and It tasted like it was made from instant noodle flavor package
It was good

Broth and chashu tasted ok but ramen portion was small, waitress got orders wrong, printed receipts wrong, and I asked for my receipt and never got it.
My wife and I went here on a rainy Tuesday night and thoroughly enjoyed their udon and ramen. Very reasonable and good quality all around.
Vegetarian options: Meat is optional.
Parking: Lots of parking.

Tasty choices of ramen, and udon. I liked the inari pockets. A menu just right for selection. Broth was tasty.

I won't be back. The counter lady (bowl cut and wears glasses) is extremely rude and pushy. She doesn't communicate clearly and speaks over you when you ask questions.
She also shows her frustration with customers by snatching the menu and walking away in a huff.
The ramen may be good but it's not worth it for the poor customer service.
My new favourite ramen (Mayu Ajitama Ramen) Sooo good! The pork chashu is generous and nicely grilled, and the pork broth packed with flavour (with choice of spice level)
