we went for lunch and only had ramen. I had the mayu ramen and it was so good! The broth is pork based and was slightly spicy but delicious. I would definitely go back.
Hiroshi Ramen really gets the details right. The broth is rich, deep, and beautifully balanced, with noodles that have the perfect bite. The karaage was spot-on, and the spicy salmon sashimi was fresh and excellent.
The owner-chef and server are both true professionals — warm, attentive, and polished.

The sweet and smoky chashu pairs well with the savoury broth and the firm noodles was the perfect consistency. Service was welcoming and friendly. Loved the modern interiors and clean kitchen view from the dining.
