Late night when everything was closed, found this place open and went into the it. Tried durian tapioca icy since I have likeness for durian. The desert was nice with durian and mango with tapioca and shaved ice.

Pancake portions are 90% cream, 5% crepe and 5% fruit now. The crepe wrapper quality is either declining or people have not bothered learning how to wrap. Its ALWAYS ripped.
Mango sticky rice portions are tiny, huge hockey puck size of stickey rice and 1/6 of a mango. Bit crazy when they’re charging these stupid amounts.
Also, in the times I’ve gotten it delivered through ubereats, when ordering dessert tofu, they ALWAYS forget the ginger sugar. These owners either need to step it up or sell the business to someone that actually cares.

I did an Uber Eats add-on and I’m so glad I did! I ordered a Mango Tapioca with Pomelo Icy. It was delicious. I appreciated that you could request a spoon or a straw. Honestly, I used both! The mango was fresh, the cup full (really full), and it wasn’t overly sweet.
It was a good choice!

The service at the richmond store is really bad. The young girl had no expression on her face from the moment she walked in to ordering. I ordered takeout, and when I paid for the bill, she added a tip directly without even looking at the amount. It felt wrong after I paid. , I asked her for a receipt. After thinking about it, I didn’t bother to mention the tip, but the service was really bad. When you come to this store to pay, you must pay attention to the amount first!

Terrible dining experience! My friend arrived before me, and when I sat down, I noticed a sticky, unidentified substance on the chair that hadn't been cleaned. The tables were placed way too close together, and servers kept passing dishes right over my head, even bumping into my hand once! To top it off, they automatically added a 20% tip. Never coming back! If you don't mind this kind of service and tipping, go ahead and give it a try. Very bad dining experience! My friend arrived before me, and when I sat down, I noticed that there was a sticky, unknown liquid on the chair, which had obviously not been cleaned up. The tables in the restaurant were set up so close together that the waiter passed over my head carrying the plate and even bumped into my hand at one point!
