The selection of dessert is quite impressive (shaved and flavoured ice, different kind of puddings, pancakes, sweet soups, crepe cake, toasts, …). For many of the desserts one can order one’s own combination of toppings as well. Reasonable prices, casual atmosphere small place and quiet in the late afternoon with good service and takes credit card.

One of my favourite dessert places. There is a wide variety to choose from but my go to is the large shaved ice! The only reason for 3 stars is because of the terrible management of patrons. There is a white board to write down your name and number of people. The staff let a group walk in and sat them down even though my group was next on the list. My group waited 45 minutes altogether for a table while there was a group that stayed for 2+ hours (they were still there when we left and they had finished their desert a long time ago). For a place with a limited number of eat in spots, there has to be a time limit for patrons.

I've only tried the shaved ice so far, but I can't wait to sample other items on the menu. We used to share a large size among four people, but it’s also great if it’s just you and a couple of friends.
The store isn't very big, and the bathroom is quite old and not very clean.
On the bright side, they have a large parking area available.

I’ve been here multiple times before, but the female employee working the night shift today really ruined my experience. She was so rude for no reason?? When I was paying the bill, she just gave me “pay for your food and get out of here” vibes, grabbing the card reader aggressively away from me and slamming it back down. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Unfortunately far from my expectations, the ice cream on top was okay, the mango was mango, and the Mochi was okay. The rest of the dish was purely just shaved ice no flavouring. For 17 dollars I would expect a quality dessert unfortunately this was not the case, I will not be returning and would recommend others to try another option

Icy Bar in Richmond is my go-to spot for a refreshing treat! Their mango shaved icy is absolutely amazing—loaded with fresh mango, perfectly sweet, and super satisfying on a warm day. The caramel flan is smooth, rich, and melts in your mouth, while the house special tofu is light, silky, and full of flavor. Everything is made fresh and beautifully presented. The vibe is casual and friendly, making it a great place to relax with friends or family. Highly recommended!
