Icy Bar in Richmond is my go-to spot for a refreshing treat! Their mango shaved icy is absolutely amazing—loaded with fresh mango, perfectly sweet, and super satisfying on a warm day. The caramel flan is smooth, rich, and melts in your mouth, while the house special tofu is light, silky, and full of flavor. Everything is made fresh and beautifully presented. I've only tried the shaved ice so far, but I can't wait to sample other items on the menu. We used to share a large size among four people, but it’s also great if it’s just you and a couple of friends.
The store isn't very big, and the bathroom is quite old and not very clean.
On the bright side, they have a large parking area available.
