IHOP on No. 3 Road is exactly what you’d expect from the chain—reliable, casual, and consistent. The pancakes are the safe bet and come out fluffy and warm, while the rest of the menu is solid but nothing memorable. Service can be a bit slow during peak hours, but it’s a dependable spot if you’re craving classic breakfast food without surprises.
The food was amazing, but the service is very slow. We had to wait for the food more than 40 minutes after ordering if you are in a hurry to have a breakfast, please don’t go there.

The eggs were burnt, coffee from the thermos didn't keep the coffee piping hot, but warm, drinkable, but not good enough quality to drink black without sweetener and half and half added. The eggs Benedict was fair, the hash browns were dry, a little burnt, not enough grease in the hash browns, tasted much better...
