The illy cofffee machine at JW Marriot hotel is piece of garbage. Don’t buy. It will ruin your coffee experience.

Waited 30minutes in line to order coffee and food after the order was placed they gave me coffee but not food waited another 20 minutes but they served others who ordered after me and same food I tried to ask attendees about food but no one responded and when I tried to ask them I am getting late my food is not served and you guys can take drink back too if you guys not gonna serve me food as well then the staff laughed shamelessly and took back the coffee too instead of correcting their mistake I had to leave empty stomach for a 14 hour flight that too after paying for my food. staff working on november 07 2024 between 8:30am - 9:30am were worst for tjeir service at Illy’s coffee at Vancouver airport between gate D65-D70

Don't consume here!!! Especially the dark-skinned girl is very despotic.
I mean, I ordered two caramel machiato, they sent you out reluctantly.

Doesn't pay attention to what you request! I read more than one opinion and I realize that you ask for one thing and they give you what they want, how horrible!!!

Waited more than 5 mins to be served. I should have walked away.
Ordered two Almond milk latte's, both burnt, the 'barista' steamed the milk so much, it separated.
Possibly the worst coffee in Canada
Don't bother asking for the Barista to add sugar for you. They will snap on the lid and direct you to where the sugar satchels are and you will find a twig to stir it in with ?‍♂️

2024.10.02 I ate simple sandwiches and the like, the taste was okay, but I really liked coffee and fruit cups. The price was a bit high, but there weren’t many choices.

They burnt my sandwiches and refused to make me new ones. Also didn't get my money back.

I had a fabulous glass of wine there. Staff lovely friendly. They also has a tool so I could change my Sim. Thank you guys lovely end to leaving Canada. They are near D 69 gate.

I'VE NEVER HAD COFFEE WORSE THAN THIS. It tastes like DIRTY SINK WATER. The only way to achieve such flavour is by brewing the coffee in a garburator. I suspect that not only are the beans poor, they probably don't clean the machines. The colour of the coffee was less brown and more grey, like all the happiness and joy was sucked out of the coffee. In that putrid liquid I see my reflection, for after tasting it I felt my love for coffee fade away.

There are hints of chocolate and nuttiness but that only perpetuated the taste of sink water. The taste reminds me of how a young child perceives their first cup of coffee: bitter, putrid, gross.

I made my family members taste the coffee. I wanted to inflict the same pain I felt when I drank it. I see the light in their eyes fade, their expressions become dull.

I only went here because I don't like starbucks coffee, but the coffee I got from starbucks was like a liquid from the heavens that tended to the wounds of my battered soul.
