Well, the caffe is close to your international gate and that is all about. If you have intention to grab something “for here” and in the nice cup, make sure you let the barista know several times “ for here” otherwise you will ended up with “to go”. Someone might say that i am picky but if i ask for something and get acknowledge from the staff…. well put some effort to deliver it… and like other places you pay extra for food “enjoyment” at the airport …

A fantastic and kind individual at work—always polite and eager to assist. The food quality is exceptional, and their bakery items are truly top-notch. Definitely worth trying!

Rude staff. Extremely rude to customers and the coffee was just bland and bad. I ordered an ice mocha late and the batista kept shouting mocha frap. Very rude to other customers and her own staff

The illy cofffee machine at JW Marriot hotel is piece of garbage. Don’t buy. It will ruin your coffee experience.

Waited 30minutes in line to order coffee and food after the order was placed they gave me coffee but not food waited another 20 minutes but they served others who ordered after me and same food I tried to ask attendees about food but no one responded and when I tried to ask them I am getting late my food is not served and you guys can take drink back too if you guys not gonna serve me food as well then the staff laughed shamelessly and took back the coffee too instead of correcting their mistake I had to leave empty stomach for a 14 hour flight that too after paying for my food. staff working on november 07 2024 between 8:30am - 9:30am were worst for tjeir service at Illy’s coffee at Vancouver airport between gate D65-D70

Don't consume here!!! Especially the dark-skinned girl is very despotic.
I mean, I ordered two caramel machiato, they sent you out reluctantly.
