The cod, salmon, and lamb noodle dish is delicious! Our favourites were the salmon and cod. Portion sizes aren't large but they are reasonable. Service is great and the live guitar instrumentalists were amazing!

The lobster dish has generous amounts of lobster and is on the heavier side.

The pear dessert was also delicious and not overly sweet.

And of course the complimentary nut mix was very yummy :-)

I came in today to watch the World Series final and Evan’s hospitality was second to none. The ambiance and food was spectacular and Evan really made it a memorable night.

We spent the evening at the bar enjoying the fantastic service and ambiance. What a great way to start our vacation. Our bartender Evan was excellent and the food was delicious. You must try the crispy mushrooms!

Very good food and friendly service. Had 4 pc chicken strip lunch and fully enjoyed it. Price was reasonable, too.

The server was very attentive as was the staff delivering the various plates. The live music was excellent and was tipped separately. The bar service after the meal was also friendly and service oriented.

I don't know what's happened to the Glowbal group, but the food and service has gone downhill! We waiting 30 minutes to receive our drinks and over 45 minutes to receive our food. The food was cold, the au jus sauce was burnt! I ordered the tenderloin and my husband ordered the lobster stuffed pasta. His was cold right through the stuffed shells. No one was checking on us or offering any explanation on the delay. The manager was just walking around without interacting with any guests. We asked our waiter if they were super busy or understaffed and he replied that this was actually a "slow" night for them. No excuse for the terrible food and service we received other then they just don't care anymore about their service and food. Considering the price they charge, it's UNACCEPTABLE! They've lost our business!

Ben was a great server! It was my husbands early birthday dinner. I was told to visit this place even as a local! Best decision for great food, decent prices and way better service than most swanky downtown restaurants! Will visit again.

The chef went around in the restaurant and helped with our dietary restrictions - how awesome is that! Great seafood on the menu and nice small regional wine selection! Always a treat when staying there!

Our cocktails and food were amazing, especially the sauces and complex flavors. I had the scallop appetizer and hubby had duck rillette and for mains I had the halibut and he had the lobster tortellini. Every plate went back wiped clean. Too full for dessert. My only slightly negative comments were the food did not come out piping hot but rather warm and the noise level was extremely loud, even by 6:30 pm. We definitely will be back however.

Excellent restaurant, especially for a hotel restaurant and an airport restaurant. Bustling business. Glad we had an Open Table reservation, and an early (5:30) reservation. Excellent friendly service from Josh and Sebastian, with back-up from Evan. The best meal we've had so far on our Canada trip (Calgary, Banff, Lake Louise, Vancouver). Good alcohol-free mocktails: Purple Passion and Pineapple Cucumber Fizz, The best oysters on the half shell we've ever had: a dozen of fresh, meaty, creamy local Vancouver oysters. Creative AND tasty dishes with combinations that worked and blended well. Excellent seared scallops dish with pea puree, mint, asparagus, crispy prosciutto.. Excellent heirloom tomato salad with avocado, blood orange, fennel tips, pickled watermelon rind, grilled sourdough. Rave review. Will definitely return. (Food service excellent upstairs also in hotel's Fairmont Gold lounge for Fairmont Gold guests.)

Lunchtime but had the all day breakfast. Over easy eggs were hard over. The thinnest bacon I've seen had to have been tossed in the deep fryer to warm up. Tasted like burned grease. The waitress never offered drinks then never offered a refill. Never asked how the meal was either I guess they knew it was horrible. I used to look forward to eating there. Too bad. Also, the loud music from the lounge, still on evening volume, made it impossible to relax and enjoy our time there

To be honest, for $79 per person, the value isn't worth it at all. The savoury items are good. We did love how the scones were warm and had great texture, but the sweets are just okay. The service wasn't great, and the chairs and tables were dirty. We had to give it a quick wipe down as it had tons of crumbs and a smear of sauce here and there that didn't get cleaned. It was like being in a dirty diner type of scenario.
