So much value you want to go back and pay again. Well done, super yummy š¤
I like the lunch buffet very much. Really delicious and variety of choice! hope the dinner buffet will come as well.
Wow who could have thought you can find an all you can eat lunch buffet for $18 but here it is.
The signage is only in Chinese, so it was a hard place to find as it is in a side entrance of hazelbridge way on the east side of the parking structure.
Seating is free for all, so you just sit yourself down. Then you have to pay first Cash or Debit only guys! They give you a paper cup and a metal tray and you bring the tray to the food area where you choose the food and they scoop.
Food was decent, white rice to start, lots of meat, some veggies but a good selection of beef, pork, chicken.
We had pork belly, beef brisket with potato, tomato and egg, black bean chicken, eggplant and potato.
A good selection of buyable drinks or you can get free tea or water from the right side of the bar area.
Bathrooms were clean and fashionable.
I think it is a great price for good tasting Chinese food!
Not a bad place if youāre in the mood for homestyle Chinese food (4 dishes + rice). The price per person was decent (~$20 all you can eat, per person) and we felt super full afterwards. Free tea and water. Plenty of seating and itās modern, clean and spacious inside. Only negative thing was theyāre currently partnering with a restaurant membership program/app and the reps are very aggressive with luring in new customers.
A very disappointing place.
So unsanitary, and dirty, as you can't have a fresh tray every time you go back and get another serving. I hope that there is a food inspection bu Vancouver Coastal is being done. You could see that there are times that the serving spoon is touching the used plate. Food is very greasy!
Lunch special all you can eat with a bento box $17.99- price increased. Can opt for lunch take out box which is $11.99 but is just a three item bento box. Prob a much better deal for someone who canāt eat that much. I paid for the $18 but couldnāt even go for second serving. Food on the greasy side but overall ok quality. Also no need to tip as it is half self served.

Great service in the staff was very friendly and helpful this selection is good, but more for boys and men looking for a good deal then a good lunch out, still worth trying.
The food was really good. I like that it was not overly salty like most buffets seem to do. Really good deal for quantity and quality. I plan on going back. My favorite was the tomato eggs.

No more food serving after the 3rd round. The owner won't tell you anything or serve you anything and expect you to leave by yourself and leave them 20% tips. Worst ayce restaurant ever!

I heard about k squared mansion on social media and wanted to try it out. Itās located at the empire square next to Parker place. Thereās a parkade and they have free parking for 3 hours! From the parkade just take the elevator down to the main floor.
Upon entering thereās no hostess. You basically go up to the cashier and pay. On the day we went it was Thursday July 18 at 11:45pm. It use to be 15 dollars for the lunch buffet but now it went up 2 dollars. I brought my dad with me and found out they had a senior citizen special pricing for $10.99! I really respect businesses that have specials for seniors. They all paved the way for us and they deserve something back in return. Much respect for the owner of the business. Thank you so kindly. It was a great start so far.
After you pay they give you a bowl with a bed of rice. Then you head over to the food stations and the servers will scoop and serve you. Just basically point if you donāt know how to speak Chinese itās fine. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Above all they are very hard working. They were multitasking and cleaning tables. Very good team work. When my dad went up for a second helping the owner/manager was eager to help him right away. I really appreciated that. He even spoke Cantonese to him. Yeah it was broken Cantonese but still very very grateful. All the workers spoke mandarin. It was a great first experience for the ayce lunch.
I will definitely be back with family and try out their dinner buffet. Reasonable prices for ayce. Professional team. Good food and quality control. If youāre on a budget I would strongly suggest trying out their lunch buffet. They are not skimpy on refilling the food and proteins. I mean just look at my dadās bowl covered in meats!

We asked for the children's menu, and as there was none, our server (Tommy) offered us a few dishes perfectly suited to the needs of our family including a teenager and two children. It was delicious and affordable to boot. :
