Food has always been good but I think they are taking shrinkflation a bit extreme. Cookie used to go out to the edge of the wrapper. Only 7 pieces of popcorn chicken now and I can say the fries it not any better. The double stacker is still good and big those and very fresh hot!

This particular unit of KFC is located inside the CF Richmond Centre, second floor at the Dining Terrace. When we attended, it was about 5:30PM and, surprisingly, this food concession did not have a queue whatsoever. I say “surprising” because we were in the midst of Christmas Shopping season and the mall itself was a proverbial gong show. In any event, because I’d already ordered a burger and yam fries from the nearby A&W, I kept my order here “light” at the 10-pc...
