Kisamos is very hit and miss in the quality of food and service. Tonight on my take out souvlaki, she overcharged me by $6.00 and they also forgot to include tzatziki in my order and when I called to tell them, the manager sounded mad at her employees but didn’t apologize or do anything to remedy the situation. The rice was very bland. At other times when dining in, the food quality and service was excellent but it isn’t consistent unfortunately.

I was here about a week or two ago and I could clearly here the manager telling at the employees about something. It was almost like he wanted his customers to here. It made for a terrible experience, i will never be returning here.

The manager, Kathi, was openly hostile to us! Her unwelcoming look was very evident and absolutely, unprofessional and disrespectful! We ordered Prawn and Scallop Souvlakia and Lamb Chops which were very average! NEVER going back again!

Disgusting The venue is not attractive nor inviting, from the outside or inside. Food was uneatable for the most part. 1st set of lamb chops came well done when ask for rare. The 2nd set of lamb chops came supposedly rare and were on the verge of spoilage. Meat was grey and gristly and should be pink when rare. Could not eat it. Philo pastry spinach dish was extremly bland and cold. Lamb shank smothered in sauce and greasy. Would never go back or recomend.

Service was amazing. The waitress was very sweet and very attentive. We ordered the meat platter for 2 and were quite disappointed. Rice and potatoes tasted like they’d been cooked days before - burnt and no flavour. The lamb was good, otherwise the food all tasted bland. Ordered a coke and it tasted like it came from a coke bottle that had been opened and left flat. Paid over $80 and left feeling underwhelmed and disappointed in how much we spent for food we didn’t enjoy. Went in at 1:30 and the restaurant had max 3 people in it.

A wonderful place if you love potatoes and rice! Order anything, and you will have a mountain on your plate made of rice and potatoes! Hardly you will find your order on the plate. It is not even delicious. I am pretty sure that I won't ever go there

We drove all the way from downtown Vancouver during Friday rush hour to get there and it was well worth it!
Loved the Saganaki, Keftethes and chicken souvlaki entrees, as well as the warm family friendly atmosphere. We were very well attended to in spite of the busy hour, thank you all.
Ordered no hummus, substituted for tzatziki and instead got no tzatziki at all with hummus. This has happened on several occasions. Also I recently found a hair that is definitely not mine in my rice. Learn to read orders properly please.
