My mom ordered Kaldereta which costed her 25+ tax and all she got was was 2 pieces of meat and few carrots and potatoes. Carrots and potatoes are not even cooked and still hard. It looked like they gave her a leftover food. Never going to order here again.

I ordered the deluxe platter for pick up as pictured. while i was there i decided to use the bathroom and almost slipped, floor was so oily-be careful-better yet don’t go there. upon unpacking at home there’s no mango salad-which was the reason we ordered it. when i called, the lady checked and said it no longer available and i must be looking at a wrong menu, when i told her it’s in their website and im currently looking at it, she decided to check and told me, it’s because mango isn’t available-never even tried to tell me. I asked for a substitute, she said that just mention this on my next order and see if i can get something-very disappointing. Also the portions are so small for the price-TOTAL RIP OFF!

We ordered chicaron bulaklak, pork bbq, and tenga/soft tendon bbq with a side of rice. It all tasted truly like home especially the vinegar. kalasa talaga ng ihaw sa kanto.
The staff are accommodating and truly filled with Filipino warmth. The place is ok a bit dim.

ordered lumpia shanghai… server brought up a plate of burned lumpia shanghai! we were told that this is the “usual frying procedure” of Kumare… seriously?…. you’ll force your customers to eat burnt lumpia shanghai??….. told the server that we can’t eat something burnt and server just walked away… and Richmond Kumare made us pay for the awful burnt food!! never again… you just lost us as customers.

I ordered Adobong Pusit for $23 (total $33 via Uber) as I cannot dine in, am with flu. Uber delivery was superb! But when I opened my order, I was surprised to find my order in a tiny container. Seriously at $23, this dish cannot be for sharing. I called the restaurant to confirm if this is their serving portions for Uber deliveries, and yes - it is the same as dine in - total rip off! I haven’t tasted it yet but i felt like getting sicker. I will NOT recommend this restaurant!

We ordered the ukoy, goto, and lomi. The ukoy wasn’t crispy at all, which was really disappointing. The goto was bland and barely had any beef, just a few small pieces of tendon in a large bowl they said serves six people. The lomi was also lacking in protein and flavor.
They didn’t even offer basic condiments like chili, lime, or fish sauce, which made the dishes more underwhelming.
Service was also bland. Not a warm welcoming. Didn’t really check on us.
