It was my first time using ubereats for for Kumare’s delivery. I ordered their BBQ pork box and 2 pcs of pork intestine. It cost me around $26.71 and to my surprise, its this little. The portion is too little for the price of $15.50 and the pork intestine was $4 per stick. Its too expensive by how small the portion was as well as the quality of the pork BBQ wasnt that good either.

Good and clean restaurant but the food was just ok and a little pricey. I am also surprised that they charge you for takeout containers $2 each. The servers need a little energy and to smile more lol. Because I want to support my fellow Filipino I still give it 4 stars

I don't know what happened to Kumare but the quality of food and service went down. Visiting Richmond from time to time and we always stop by at Kumare it was always good but last visit was not good, sisig taste like scrap left over meats put together on the hot plate, bbq skewers were cold. Service was not good either, no refill on the water, nobody check how we are doing until we got tired of waiting and went up to pay. All of that for just 1 table at that time, I couldn't imagine the quality of service if the restaurant was full.

She.made me wait for too long until I got up and complained. The food is inconsistent. Sometimes good sometimes not so good. It's too pricy for what it's worth.
Long time customer of Kumare Richmond, and generally I’m happy with their food but for this particular order, I’m very disappointed. Pls refer to the photos! The so-called Seafood Palabok price $20.50 was unappetizing to look at, it was very dry with blobs of orange soft maybe pork rinds?, seafood was 3 pcs of shrimp, and no other seafood toppings, the sauce was uneatable as hardly any sauce on it, very bland, and the noodles were softer than what they should taste like, like 3-day old leftover, all put together, the hard boiled eggs, all 4pcs of them, also tasted gummy hard and again like 3-day old food. The Halo-halo price 12.00 was the same, disappointing- bland, you can barely taste the milk, the sago pearls were mushy and again like left over pearls, and the bananas were not even cut properly, the one on the picture is like an inch thick hard banana that you can choke from. I wanted to return them but that would have been a waste of gas. I will not order from this resto again, and I don’t recommend the resto to anyone who wants to try Filipino food. There is one other place in Richmond that’s tried and consistently good, and that’s not Kumare. I’m sorry but I felt cheated with this order. I would give them a 1/2 star if there is one :(

We ate here at lunch and forget our left over box of rice and sinigang with tokwang baboy at the restaurant. We came back there and they said that they already throw it away. One of the server said its our responsibilities! What kind of respond is that to the customer? Should have gave us compensation instead of arguing with the customer. I mean we paid for the to go box (that the employee didnt even mention) and gave a tip! This is unacceptable and the customer service is ridiculous! One of employee have an attitude.

The Sansrival here is absolutely disgusting!
I make it at home in different variations and have been for years so I wanted to try their version to see how it compares.
It is so so so gross and was stale! I can taste the refrigerator used to store it. Had a single bite and did not want to eat more.
Took it home to my husband. Didn’t tell him anything and just asked him to try it so I could see his blind reaction. He made a face and said it was absolutely awful.
I don’t think they used real butter for this. It’s just gross. Easily the worst dessert I’ve ever tasted.
Service was extremely slow but the ladies were nice.
I want my $6 back.
