I was very surprised by this restaurant it was very good but I think for the price that they're offering I think that they should have a bigger selection of meats data very small selection we chose the silver package so you can only get 3 different types of meats the next step up was far too expensive The service was nice but before we were even done our dinner they asked us to pay which I think has come up not right Yes we were there and it was late and I understand they wanted to go home but they closed at 11 and we were gone and sitting in our car by 11 0 3 so really I think they could have perhaps let us sit there for a couple minutes longer their appetizers are great their desserts are really good there's not a lot of selection but their deserts are a chocolate covered not ice cream nut bar That's from Costco or you had ice cream Mochi or pineapple we had 2 out of the 3 we didn't have the pineapple the taco well uncle wasabi appetizer's delicious I really think they should have had a late night price it would have been more economical for us they charge 499 for all you can drink drink so unless you're having more than 2 drinks it's really not worth it They're passion fruit drink was excellent all we all I would probably go back but it was kind of pricey for what you got for just a little bit more you could go to chocho hot pot you also had to pay 17.994 their soup base that was not includedVegetarian options: You could very easily just not have the meat just have all the vegetables and that would be your vegetarian option but I think that there should be a lot less money

I was pleasantly surprised by the service, friendly and fast. Food itself is exactly what you can expect. Affordable all you can eat Sukiyaki.

The food was good but the restaurant floor was very slippery likely due to grease and there were puddles of water.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is fairly packed so it will be difficult to use a wheelchair inside

Decent sukiyaki place that offers tiered price point meat experience along with a selection of all you can eat appetizers, noodles, vegetables and drinks. My group opted for the lowest tier which had 3 varities of meat including: pork belly, angus beef short plate and boneless chuck flap. If you have never been to an all you can eat sukiyaki, the lowest tier is all you need to try for the first time. There are a dozen other items on the menu that you can order from the convenience of the QR code provided (e.g. vegetable platter, takoyaki, shrimp tempura and fish balls just to name a few).Restaurant service is hard to comment on. Servers are nice, the food comes out fast; however, we found ourselves needing to wait to flag down a server. While we did go on a weekday with ample parking spots in their parkade, there may be limited parking on a busy weekend night.

I was a little confused by their pricing at first, but overall it was all good. For all you can eat Sukiyaki, it's pretty good!

The Kansai-style Sukiyaki is authentically delicious, truly an authentic flavor.

If you haven’t gone there, you really don’t have to think about it. Prices are expensive and service is poor. There is fruit on the menu, but there is only one kind of fruit, which is stale canned pineapple. . . There are very few people in the store, and the service is still very poor. The cheapest set meal including the pot base is only 50. per person. It is very bad, and the meat tastes stale. well!

We came at 6:00pm and asked to be seated. The hostess (who was also the manager) told us that there was someone reserved at that table for 7:30. We offered to sit down and leave at 7:30 if we didn't already finish. After a few minutes of talking back and forth, I just said we'd gladly leave and not create any more work for them so they can seat at 7:30. We also had a reservation for 7:30, so we said we could just move there. She literally just blankly stared at us for about 45 seconds (checked my watch halfway) then just left to wait tables for around 5 minutes. After we explain this to another person for 5 more minutes, we finally got seated. We were here for about 25 minutes at this point. After deciding what to order, another hostess came around and took all our bowls and cutlery and said they were reserved for another group coming at 7:30. They just sat us at the table and refused to serve us. After half an hour, we left.TLDR: Waited half an hour to get seated, after getting seated they refused to serve us and just ignored us in the restaurant

Been here a couples now. Food is decent, but there isn’t many sukiyaki places to compare it to. The place is kind pricey, especially since you also have to add the $17.99 “set up fee” along with whichever menu option you choose.Personally I wouldn’t frequent this place, but it’ll do if I ever have sukiyaki cravings… unless another place opens up that is.

when we first sat down the floors were so slippery and felt like a safety hazard. once we ordered they put our pot down but walked away right away and didn't help prepare it until we asked them to numerous times. the workers barely knew english and spoke very quietly. the food was average, the fried foods were weirdly coated and fried but the meat was good but could've been better. some of the plates of meat looked different than the other ones we received. there is also a very limited amount of food to choose from. price is good if u are able to eat repetitive amount of foods. otherwise it is overpriced and not worth it at all. at the end they charged us an extra $5 with no explanation. definitely a pricy place and would not come back. + drinks are not included with the ayce which is a downside.

I visited Kumo today around 6 pm and I'm really upset about how things turned out. I'm an Arab man, and I don't know if that played a part in how I was treated, but the whole experience left me feeling pretty awful. When I walked in, they told me there was a table free until 7:30 pm. I thought that was fine and just asked, quite casually, if it'd be possible to shift to another table later if one became free. No big deal, right? Well, the hostess's reaction was anything but friendly. She started ignoring me completely, just walked off, and left me standing there, waiting for an answer. Finally after discussing I stood around for over 20 minutes, feeling more and more unwelcome. When we finally got seated, it didn't get any better. Another waitress came over and took away all our tableware and said we couldn't order. It was confusing and embarrassing. We had to go back to the hostess, who had ignored me earlier, to sort out this mess. By the time we got to order, 30 minutes had passed, and honestly, we were just not feeling it anymore - we felt so disrespected, unwelcome, and had a sour taste in our mouth. We ended up leaving and going to another place where we were treated like actual human beings. I've never written a review like this before, but I just felt I had to say something. Nobody should have to go through what I (and my friends) did last night.
