Mouldy birthday cake sold! I bought a cake from La Patisserie and upon cutting it, I noticed the cake was flaky, bitter and very dry. I initially thought maybe the pastry chef didn’t add enough eggs/milk. Then upon closer inspection I noticed the cake was mouldy in several places!! Unacceptable and unbelievable food safety standards. I brought the mouldy cake to the store and the staff ADMITTED their error. I threw my VIP card in the trash. NEVER AGAIN.

The bakery made this custom fruits cake makes to order with real fresh rose was an elegant cake. Wish they could use a little bit more rippen fruits inside for more sweet, gentle and delicate taste. Happy and will order in near future!

I bought two types of cake and tried the Napoleon cake first. It was shockingly bad; I’ve never had a Napoleon cake this terrible. The first bite seemed bland but not too concerning. However, I later bit into something hard, almost like egg crusts. The second half of the cake tasted odd, with an uneven saltiness that felt cheap. To top it off, the service was uncomfortable as well. I will never go again.

I asked the staff whether this cake is made with plant-based butter or dairy butter. She had a sour expression and replied cream butter. I asked if it was dairy butter, and she said yes. After trying it at home, I felt it didn't taste like dairy butter at all, and it wasn't good, Never go back.

We ordered this cake in mango for my mom’s 80th - it was light, fluffy chiffon, not too sweet, beautifully whipped cream between layers, and great ripe mango pieces. The service was excellent and it was delivered to the restaurant in a well secured box and on time. Maybe the bad reviews are on certain flavors but this cake knocked it out of the park with decoration, design, flavor, texture, and customer service. It brought so much joy to the night. Thank you La Patisserie.
