Ordered the Lemongrass Curry Fry Chicken rice and ice coffee, it’s very delicious and reasonable price. Some of the dishes looks tasty too, we will definitely come back again. Great customer services too :)

Pork sandwich is small and expensive used to be 4.50 now it's 7.50 for smaller portion.

Cool little mom and son stall in Parker Place. You wanna get the fish sandwich. Great bread, fresh fish. Vietnamese style. Wash it down with jumbo ice T. $9.5. Can't beat that with a baseball bat.

3 pieces of beef for beef noodles .. not beef soup, no basil leaves and no lemon

(Translated by Google) The price is affordable, but I feel that today I ate a powder that I left for a long time. I obviously ate it for dine-in, but when I ate it, the powder turned into a powder. I almost wanted to take it home and give it to my girlfriend for makeup.(Original)价钱实惠 但我感觉今天吃了一个放很久的粉 我明明是堂食的 但是我吃的时候粉都成粉饼了 差点想拿回家给我女朋友化妆用

Lots of ppl comes here for the fish sandwich which is quite legit, kinda like a levelled-up McDonald’s fillet o fish. Have tried pho, too, not a fan, and I don’t appreciate the attitude from the owner either

Ordered their house pho, spring rolls and lemon grass chicken with rice on Uber eats. It was all very very bland, the pho had no herbs and lack of toppings, the beef tasted off and there was a sour taste. The spring rolls did not come with fish sauce, they were also very bland and the wrap was stale. The lemon grass chicken was for my bf, I haven't heard of the taste yet but I'm not counting on it to be very much. The pricing is reasonable, however I'm very disappointed of this order and will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered from Uber Eats, the best part of the whole meal was fast delivery. The special pho was terrible, broth is thick with a whitish colour. No “pho” noodles and just regular rice noodles, the beef has a sour taste to it. The pork chop sandwich is sour with no flavour and the bread is so dry that it turns into bread crumbs when bite to it. Sorry, Never again!

Portions are small. Nothing to rave about. No reason to go back. Use to be a lot better years ago. Not sure what happened.

Vietnamese/Chinese food stall inside the Parker Place food court. Got a decent sized menu of various noodles, phos and other dishes. The food court is usually pretty busy during lunch hours. Got their signature pho and a side order of fried pork chops, and waited about 10 minutes for food. The pho was served in a plastic bowl that didn't look that big, but it was packed full of noodles and ingredients. It's definitely not the most authentic tasting pho, and has some interesting ingredients like beef tripe and some sort of fish cake, but it was decent. The portion combined with the low price makes it a pretty good deal. As for the pork chop, the flavor was seasoning was good, but it was pretty thin and the style is not that crispy.

Quality asian style fast food at a decent price. Haven't tried the noodles but recommend the Chicken steak sandwich! Comes in a sweet thai chili sauce and pickled daikon/carrots.

This place is truly the hidden gem of Richmond! My favourite stall in Parker Place Food Court. Their Hongkong-style Vietnamese fish sandwich is definitely my all time favourite! They use the best bun I've ever had! Their beef noodle has very bright and automatic broth that will warm and comfort a cold winter day.
