A good place to have traditional HK style tea house food. The food and prices were fine. The table was very small to fit 4 people, and one of us accidentally spilled the hot tea drink. They also only accept cash which is very inconvenient.

This restaurant was overall not it. Very disappointing. I have high expectations for any cantonese place in Richmond. Look at the beef noodle we received - all noodles stuck together. Duck was ok. Borsch did not have good flavor.
The pineapple bun looked disappointing - but at least it tasted good. The only item i could recommend here.

One of the popular classic HK breakfasts. Tried the satay beef noodle, rice roll, and egg tart. We saw so many people had the pineapple bun with butter, but we weren't feeling to order it. Egg tart was ok, satay beef noodle was good. They have many selections, including the western style menu. Inside was really busy, and I felt like back in HK. Price is definitely more expensive than other newer HK breakfast places. We may not come back here unless if we go with a big group.
