First time revisiting following COVID...still one of the better Xiao Long Bao in the GVRD, but the pan fried dumpling, despite minimal difference in taste, appearance-wise, looked markedly different, and not in a good way. Solid food...but operating days and hours present challenges for most ...

Another hidden gem ? in an industrial park that i tried yesterday. This place was bustling at noon, you sent yourself and place order at the counter, grab your own complimentary tea, pay at counter and they bring you the food cooked fresh and piping hot. If you expecting quality service then it won't be the place, but if just for yummy cheap eats then I would recommend.

? all were fantastic and very affordable with most dishes under 10$, the drunken chicken on rice ? was surprisingly much tastier in comparison to some high end restaurants i have tried in the area.
Must give ?fresh XLB that contained juicy soup in a very secure thin pocket.

Only down point they are open mainly for lunch on weekdays only, with that said if ever back in the area this will be my future go to for simple laid back Shanghainese cusine.

Good food but not worth it when you have to deal with the horrible staff. An employee was helping the customer in front of me and she was kind, sweet, and had wonderful customer service. However, when it was my turn to order she became extremely rude and her disrespectful. She rolled her eyes and made faces as I tried to pay. There’s so many better places in Richmond that sell the same food with better staff. I don’t recommend coming to this restaurant as they are not welcoming at all.

Shrimp fried rice is amazing and fresh. Xiao long baos are top tier. Amazing spot in Richmond. 5/5

Had high hopes for this small spot nestled in an industrial area but the pork mixture used in their dumplings was so dry, lean and gamey.

Great dumplings, will be back for more!

The pan-fried pancake is very authentic, but the soup is a little lacking and the bottom is not burnt enough. But it’s okay in Metro Vancouver.
The fine powder in the curry beef vermicelli soup is very strong and the taste is okay.
The vegetable and meat wontons were nothing special and tasted pretty good.
Credit card payments are accepted, which is nice.

Mediocre panfried dumplings, definitely better options in richmond. XLB’s are small but tasty. Fried rice was hard.

Service was prompt but somewhat discriminatory. They charged some groups for takeout containers and others were not charged.
