Last time I ate at this place was roughly 5 years ago. Was really wanting some good Japanese food, so I decided to visit again. This place has a really nice, decorative interior, but can be a bit dim/dark in terms of lighting. It's a smaller store, so seating can be a bit cramped but can still seat a large party.Service was phenomenal as the servers actively come check in with you and change out dirty dishes or dishes full of shells and refill tea.The food is on the pricey side, but the quality matches that. On top of that, each dish is also well presented. We ordered assorted sashimi, fresh oysters, steamed clam sakemushi, and a AAA Angus beef sukiyaki (for two).Everything was really good in taste and quality. The fresh oysters were big to my surprise as compared to others that I've had in other Japanese or even Western restaurants. The clams were cooked just right, and the soup is just unmatched. Rich with sake, which I personally really like. The sukiyaki is a good deal in price. It comes with a pot stuffed with food as seen in the photo and vermicelli underneath with beef for you to cook on the side. This meal definitely delivered. Really brings me back to the time when my family and I last sat down together to enjoy a good dinner on a night out some years ago. I will definitely try to come back again with them.7/10 would recommend this place if you want some good quality Japanese food with some money to spend, or if you are looking for a good night out with friends.

Upbeat vibe, great service and friendly attentive staff. They were always checking up on us and keeping our 11 person group's drinks coming! Much love Manzo's, and thank you Matt! We definitely will be back!

The food is extremely pricey. The hamachi kama charge me almost $60. And the taste is totally not worth that much money.

First time leave a message, really angry . The taste is not good, the chicken heart is not fresh, the pork intestines waited for 1 hour and the restaurant was not busy. Been a mom for four years and its the first time came out to eat late, hoped to have a good night to enjoy some freedom but ended up is very disappointing.

Terrible place, food was very pricey and totally not worth the price. Waiter keeps recommending expensive food. Service was terrible too. Definitely not coming back!

Great vibe! Fresh sashimi, wide selections of Japanese tapas/skewers. Great service, will come back!

Fantastic oyster motoyaki here that is creamy but not too greasy. Also tried their deep fried chicken skin and deep fried pork intestines which were crispy, chewy, and fried to perfection. Very good Japanese food.

I have been coming here for many years now with friends, it's a great place to have some beer and sake, along with their signature skewers and a wide range of sake and sashimi. It can get really busy at times and service may be a tad bit slower but the quality of food is amazing. The price I find is fair being in the restuarant industry and how covid may have affected it. I can honestly say I will continue to come to this establishment cause the foods good and the restaurants been running for 20 years +!

Too pricey, I don’t think the food worth the value. The beef tongue tasted like it just defrosted from the refrigerator. The BBQ is okay but very expensive after all. Udon is the best among all these, tempura is good.
