Yin Ji Chang Fen is one of the best places for Cantonese rice noodle rolls in the area. The rice rolls are silky smooth, made fresh to order, and the sweet soy sauce is perfectly balanced. This is one of my favorite restaurants. Congee is consistent quality and smooth. I always come here when I need something simple to eat or when I'm feeling under the weather. It always hits the spot.
