Vanilla cone is delicious. It's the same McDonald's, but it seems to be more chewy than the cone I had in Korea..? It’s convenient to have a kiosk.

Never had good service here, the only good worker there is the old guy that works the 11pm-7am shift, beyond that everyone else doesn’t know how to do their job, and they can’t get my order right, they are very skimpy with their spreads threatening to charge more and squeezing you for every cent every chance they get….

Yes , I know it's McDonald's at 4am but I expected at least edible and it was missing an egg for my Sausage AND egg mcmuffin ? tried scraping the overly toasted bread, decide just to discard the one side and eat the rest. Cranky, tired, hungry and it certainly did not satisfy my cravings.

I don't know about the service as friend picked drive thru for me but when I dine here ir usually hit and miss on staff shortage lately and the atmosphere is just same same but the washroom that needs attention usually

Vegetarian options: None they have salads ?

Dietary restrictions: To very accommodating
I also wouldn't trust when I ask no pickles and the sticker clear show no pickle I still get pickles lucky it not allergies

Parking: Usually parking is ok but to get out of parking lot during rush hour and difficult from drive thru make a left you need go around the whole block

Kid-friendliness: No playland here and if you trying collect happy meal toys it's usually not here

Wheelchair accessibility: They have one accessible parking beside infront drive thru service and it can be a little dangerous to cut in at the end

I finally understand why there are so many single star review in this McDonald’s. I recently purchase Ronald McDonald’s House coupon for $5 which contains burger ,fries and coffee etc. when I try to exchange burger and coffee coupon today. I was told I can only use one coupon per visit. I can only use” one visit per day “ was not mentioned in the front of coupon. When I discuss this matter to store manager. She refused to honour another coupon if I visit 2nd time today and walk away without explanation of her decision. What are great way to promote how courtesy of this restaurant. When I was talking with her, she stood still with her hand across with arms. It feels like I m talking with night club bouncer/ security. So interesting to visit this restaurant if you are not going to eat.

I always go to this McDonald’s. And I ate McDonald's all day today, and by the evening, I had severe diarrhea. Not sure what went wrong, but it made me really sick. Hope they check their food safety standards.

The service attitude was very bad. When I drove through, they closed the payment window and did not tell me to pay at the pick-up window. The waiter's eyes made me feel uncomfortable, and their tone made me feel that my order was a mistake.

I drove as close as I could to the drive thru window and reached as far as I could while the employee’s arm wasn’t even extended. She stood there and watched me get out of my car to get my order. It’s not a drive thru if your customer has to get out of the car. If you choose to hire these employees at least train them first. Learn from Starbucks, for example.
