They always miss something in big order. Just double check everything you ordered exactly in your bag. I ordered around 50 bucks of food and they can even miss the chicken wrap.

SUPER STINGY! Been to every md in Vancouver and this is the only one that wanted to charge me for extra mayo and paper cup for water!

The location of the store is convenient, and there is usually ample seating, but the quality is inconsistent, sometimes it's okay, and sometimes it's disappointing. Environmental cleaning can be further improved.
Overall it's not that bad, I feel it's a bit of a matter of luck, maybe it depends on the timing or who is doing it.

Drive thru worker was very rude to us tonight, would not even speak to us because I guess it was “too late”. Would avoid this location unless you are visiting during lunch or supper time.

May 14, Approximately 2:20am. I frequently visit this location due to its convenient proximity to my home. Each time, I utilize the drive-thru service. Tim consistently hands me my order at the window. I have considerable admiration for him. His passion for his work is evident. He consistently displays patience and a cheerful attitude when interacting with customers. Workers of his quality are rare in my experience at McDonald's. McDonald's Alderbridge is fortunate to have Tim. His job performance is exceptional.
For more than 16 years I have rated this McDonald the lousiest one! But it was until last Tuesday I finally exploded! Every time I ordered a large coffee with two creams two Splenda they gave me a black coffee! I figured I have had enough, so last Tuesday I drove all the way back after leaving the drive thru then found out it was a black coffee again. Guess what? They exchanged above for me, but it was still a black coffee! I was in tears, because it really ruined my whole work day, my whole morning! So I asked for another exchange, this time a large coffee with two creams but no Splenda nor sugar! Except when the manageress is there, she’s the only one that does things perfectly. All others do their job daydreaming!

There were only three people in front of me but it took ten minutes for the McDonald’s staff to bring my vanilla soft serve. The food quality is satisfactory. This location accepted MyMcDonald’s Reward points to redeem a menu item.
