I just had the worst meal I've ever had in my whole life at this location I ordered the bacon McCrispy triple pickle sandwich combo the fries were iced cold and the amount of sauce they put on the sandwich was way too much to the point I couldn't even taste the chicken it left such a disgusting taste in my mouth I might never come back to this location. The quality of the food at this location has gotten so bad over the months I just dont understand it at all.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience at the drive-thru was extremely disappointing. The older gentleman who served me was noticeably rude and impatient throughout the entire order. Before I drove out of the parking, I realized my drinks were completely missing. I called the store at around 12:30 am, and the person I spoke with said someone would bring the drinks out to my car. I waited in the parking lot for quite a while, but nobody ever came.
Had I known no one was actually coming, I would have just gone through the drive-thru again, but because I was told to wait, I ended up wasting a lot of time very late at night.
This kind of service is simply not acceptable, even for a fast-food restaurant. Basic courtesy, accuracy, and following through on what you tell a customer are the bare minimum in any service industry—even at McDonald’s. I hope management addresses these issues with the night shift crew!

Very poor service. I was charged for a double bag, but everything was packed in one, which tore apart right away. Staff didn’t care when I pointed it out. Really disappointing experience.

I ordered two cheeseburger meals and a 20-piece nugget box. What I received were cold cheeseburgers with dried patties, only one thin slice of pickle, and no onions. The nuggets came cold with the wrong dipping sauces, and there was no ketchup included for the dried fries.
When I called to report the issue, they hung up on me. Avoid this location.

I visited this Mc Donald’s at 2 40am, since it’s a 24hr operating location. But was very disappointed, as they were closed for maintenance without any notice. They had placed a bin on their drive through with no clear sign, when I knocked on the door one of the employees just waved me off with no explanation. I had to call the location when they could have just updated on google or placed a sign at their doors. I noticed many vehicles come for a quick bite, but unfortunately they wasted their time and gas.

25.10.13 about 2:55 AM, I did drive-through, I ordered two meal with two large fries but they gave me without ketchup. After I asked, the lady gave me TWO packets and one is broke and ketchup came out. only TWO and then she closed the window.

When I arrived and picked up the bag, the bag broke and the fries spilled all over the car.

I just wonder
1. is there a new rule that Mcdonald would not give their customers ketchup when they order the fries until they ask in order to reduce the cost (two meal already costs 30+ cad)? It not only happened at this branch. It also happened at Walmart's Branch. Everytime! more than 50 times order 0 time give me ketchup until I ask.
2. If you did charge the bag fee, could you please use a bigger bag when I order more food.

I always went to this branch, Usually late at night it is an older man, provided service for the drive-through order. he is doing great job but tonight the lady brought me this suck experience

Very disappointing experience.
We waited too long at the drive-through. At first, no one responded, and when someone finally did, the older person taking the order spoke very rudely. The attitude was completely unprofessional and made the experience unpleasant. McDonald’s should really work on improving their customer service because this kind of behavior leaves a bad impression on customers.

I was left with a sour taste in my mouth when I had completed the purchase of my order and was handed my order and asked for a cup of water. I was told that after spending over $10 that I would be charged 25 cents for the cup even though I had spent well over $10, I inquired if it would be all right for them to give me a water this time seeing as I spent that amount of money and did not have 25 cents in change and a debit would not be accepted by my financial institution. The response was Unapologetic by the staff member and was simply told know these are the rules we have to follow. My view that if someone is spending a good amount of money at the store and is requesting a water it should be given to them as the recovery of cost is already within the margins that they charge for their products. This experience has left such a bad taste that I will no longer purchase any meals from there where I was doing so at least once a week and I will encourage everyone within my workplace which is two blocks away to no longer get any products from that McDonald's whatsoever I will also encourage all of our clients to do the same and we are in Educational Institute that serves hundreds of different clients each month and just because of 25 cents this McDonald's will have lost thousands in Revenue
