Koto Izakaya offers an excellent ambiance, food, and vibe, with outstanding service. The sashimi is particularly stellar, and the late-night sushi experience is described as the best. The restaurant has a good variety of izakaya dishes, including flavorful mentaiko rice, juicy ton toro and shiso chicken, and delectable beef tongue and chicken gizzard. The imperial roll with fresh, velvety salmon is also a highlight.
