The food was stale , we waste it our money , I will never order from ironwood store , and it's wasn't first time , two times , food very bad not fresh chicken and the buns.😠🤢

Called for a takeout, some guy mumbled unenthusiasticly as possible and I got zero response after saying my order so I hanged up and took my business elsewhere.

Best Nando's customer service.

Person at the front was rude and dismissive, the food seemed undercooked, would not come here again.

I recently visited this Nando's and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. The service was below expectations, as the man at the front seemed more focused on chatting than assisting customers, which delayed our experience. Additionally, the food quality was subpar, and the timing was off, with dishes taking longer than expected. I’d recommend exploring other options nearby for a better experience.

I ordered a side of mashed potatoes and I got almost nothing in the box. The manager answered posing as a cook saying “it’s near empty because they starting portioning sizes smaller” I said I ordered last week and he said the new rules are this week. ONLY ORDER HERE IF YOU WANNA STILL BE HUNGRY AFTER YOU EAT.

The cashier wouldn't go back and let me scan my points barcode before purchasing because they would have to enter the two items again. They didn't give me the receipt afterwards either - so no points for me.

The food took well over 40 minutes to come. My side dish took another 7 minutes after that. It was my first time ordering a chicken sandwich, it tasted good but the bun to chicken ratio was terrible - many bites of just bun as the chicken was at most 60% of the bun size. I'm not likely to choose this location again when next I'm in the area.

It was a terrible experience ordering from this location today. We ordered the Family Platter for dinner and were thoroughly disappointed so we'd like to express our thank you to this location for ruining our dinner. The whole chicken was overcooked as it was tough and chewy, not juicy at all while the double skewers were undercooked, pinkish on the inside. The rice tasted off as well, stale and a weird taste to them. To top it all off, they forgot to pack the coleslaw. Since we had begun eating already, I sent someone else to the location to inform them that they had not packed the coleslaw. Instead of recognizing their mistake and taking initiative to rectify the issue, they instead insisted they packed the coleslaw and did not offer refund for the missing item. I will be not be ordering from this location again and would encourage others to do the same and avoid disappointment.

I've been going here for a few years now. The service has always been great and the food is always done to my liking. I usually get take out and have received the wrong sides once or twice, but other than that the experience has been great.

A simple take out order took more than 30mins, and they forgot half our meals.

The menu is misleading, the pictures of the different pieces of chicken are not what you get and they are not true to the actual size. Not even close. Nandoos gets the smallest chicken that must be available somewhere. I have never seen such tiny chickens in a grocery store. Extremely overpriced for very little food. Not worth it at all anymore. No wonder the store seems always empty.
