Neptune Seafood Restaurant 龍皇海鮮酒家（Richmond）

It's an old chinese restaurant without much maintenance. It took an hour before they served my food. They said that my order was lost somewhere in their kitchen

Food is delicious here. I love coming here

The food was good, service is ok

This is my third time coming here this week. I brought my whole family of 6 for birthday dinner. Food is so nice and the restaurant is very accommodating.

They're kinda funny at the hostess area.
"Just wait here" then they walk away 2 minutes later... stop, turn around and look at us; "hey, follow me here. " They're abrupt, not rude, just getting the job done.

Worst experience ever!! Went there with my daughter and were given 2 small saucers to use as plates and no extra plate to put lobster shell so had to use napkins. No one spoke to us or came to check if we needed anything else. We got looks as if we were from planet of apes or something very unfriendly staff. Dish was not worth what we paid for. Barely any lobster in it. Never going back there again ! ?????

Food was ok but could be better as they were not that busy.one of make waiter was strange as didn’t bring cutlery for our none Chinese guest and ignored him twice as we have to ask different waiter to taking care of our table.

Update 2024 Oct: Terrible Service. Delicious dim sum. Must tries: Golden creamy custard buns, cold sticky rice cake with durian, deep fried taro root and pork dumpling, one of the very best in Van)

Brought our Caucasian friends there to taste authentic Chinese food for the first time 2 days ago and they have been talking about the dinner for 2 full days!!!

Wasted 40 min waiting here for dimsum on a week day, while standing the whole time because there was no place to sit. They allowed their "frequent customers" to butt in in front of us the whole time, and it was chaotic and unorganized, we waited 40 mins, finally had enough and left.

We walked across the street to Empire Seafood Restaurant and received prompt service and the wait was 5 min even though their restaurant was full.
