I want to help people to AVOID COMING into this place!We received poor service from the moment we entered the restaurant, which made us feel very uncomfortable while dining. The whole experience was awkward, and we regretted very badly choosing this place!I mean, why bother having a restaurant when it seems like they hate people or whatever!If you want to enjoy a good dining time with your family, I would suggest you find somewhere else!

Distasteful service and rude/awkward staff ! I went to order takeout as my toddler loves to eat soup so it sounded like a good idea but I was WRONG ! From the moment we mentioned it was one order soup they said we couldn't dine in and gave us dirty looks (even tho it was empty ) so we said it was okay and opted for takeout.. so we took our takeout and went to sit outside in the cold to the empty tables and not too long after staff came outside to say we couldn't sit there.. after we paid? ! Make it make sense ! There’s way more restaurants out there that are 5/5s don’t make the same mistake as me … I barely write reviews but I would hate for people to spend their hard earned money on a place that treats you like you’re garbage …

If I could give this restaurant a no star review, I would.Me and my family of 4 went in for some coffee. At entry, BEFORE ordering I asked if we can sit down to order and drink them. They said yes.First of all, a lady at the front counter literally just stood there and stared at us, making us all uncomfortable. When I say she just stood there, I mean THE ENTIRE TIME WE WERE IN THE RESTAURANT. That brings me to my next point, the restaurant was practically empty. (Like 4 tables)We get our coffees and are sitting there trying to relax and enjoy the coffees, when the waiter comes to our table and asks us to leave. We all were stunned and surprised, frankly a little embarrassed. Like, okay?? Why?? The waiter said "that's why I asked if it was to stay or go" ? Okay, sir. That's why I asked before we ordered too.All in all, our coffees came out quick but the customer service was very uncomfortable and lacking ... To say the least.

We came around 4:45pm on a weekday and the place was pretty quiet. However I was pleasantly surprised with the food ordered. Delicious shumai, tasty wonton noodles with 5pc large wontons. We capped off with the chicken wrapped in the lotus leafs. The wait staff was friendly and courteous. Two thumbs up.

Okay experience, only went because we were really hungry. Small portions. You get exactly what you see on the menu with the photos - wonton noodle soup shows 5 wontons, and it did arrive with 5 wontons, similar with other dishes. Some dishes/utensils are single use, some are actual dishes. Tea is quite fragrant and nice and service was good.Vegetarian options: I do not recommend going here for vegetarian options, it might be 1-2 options and then a dessert or two.

Food is okay, but the waiter will force you to give a tip and make you feel uncomfortable. In Canada it is optional to give tips. If the service is bad to begin with it is actually rude to force a tip to a customer.When I sat down I asked a time to look at the menu, it is not even 10 seconds and the waiter already ask again if I am ready to order. For the 2nd time I ask for more time since I just sat down. 2mins and I am ready to order but they are not looking and just talking to each other. How can they expect tip with that kind of service. Yet after paying with my card and did not give tip, the waiter force it and asked us to pay. Even condescendingly ask if we are tourist. Bad experience. Will never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I had a very unpleasant time. The restaurant puts a soda refrigerator at the entrance and when I take a Coke to pay for it, the waitress starts making a fuss! As if we were going to steal it, I advise you to remove that shelf because the waitress looks bad screaming noooo! and then she realizes that you took it to pay and all her diners are scared just by the cry that a bad restaurant would never return
