food was too salty, staff member lie to you about prices and make you pay extra. Never gonna come again. The worst restaurant I have been to for a while. Everything is precooked, not fresh at all. Don’t come.

terrible service and food. everything was precooked and servers lie to you about food prices. They force you to pay 15% tip. That Chinese lady was so rude, was rolling her eyes when we asked her why they charged us $10 on the bill with no reason. awful environment, flies flying around everywhere. never ever coming again! We spent over a $100 dollars on three terrible tasting dish. For three people! the restaurant is a shady business don't come

“Cash Only” sign on door, which was propped open for my group, so we obviously missed it. Sat in far side of restaurant in a booth, still no mention of cash only policy, on the menu or from server. Ordered our food, which came out within 5 minutes, which was good, but tasted like last night’s microwaved left overs. Food is very bland and oily. Prices are not acceptable for the quality of the food. When the bill comes they’ve took the liberty to automatically add a 10% gratuity (for a group of 4). My friend did not have enough cash on him and only had a credit card with him. Server had the audacity to tell him to leave and bring cash or to use atm cash advance (which carries a 20%+ fee) from his credit card. They apparently do not even carry a card machine on site as we had to e-transfer the manager to solve this issue. Very difficult and rude staff. Insects flying everywhere around the restaurant. Terrible experience overall. Would NOT recommend.

I usually come to this 24-hr restaurant after dropping off someone at YVR at an ungodly hour and leave feeling incredibly satiated.

Picked up some cakes from Anna's Bakery and decided to have lunch at #9 in Lansdowne. We used to frequent this establishment a few years ago before their prices went sky high and dishes became so much smaller. Ordered: Beef with Choi sum noodles-- this is what Chinese call the 'wet' version. The cornstarch sauce wraps the flat rice noodles just right...not soupy at all, has great wok hei flavour. Done well! $23 Fried S/P tofu-- crispy, non greasy, liberal amount of garlic and jalepino chips sprinkled generously on tofu pcs.$18 Tables set closely together, a little noisy, not very clean floors/washrooms. Waitstaff is friendly, refilled our teas constantly I used to love their roast duck and pork....will try them next time......

I called to make a reservation for 6 people, and she said she would accept cash, which I was OK with, but when I got to the door of the store, she said 15% tips had been charged for the bill. When we entered the meal, the stir-fried dishes were oily, and the sweet and sour pork chop was the most unpalatable. It tasted very powdery when biting into it.

Just had to write this as information for larger groups having a meal at this restaurant. The food and service was good, but there was a problem with the bill. Although I am aware that restaurants automatically add tip to the final total for large parties I was not happy as to how they came to the total. The restaurant added the tip to the total after taxes. This is a no no. Tip should be calculated on the pre-tax amount. Brought this up to the managers attention and he adjusted the total. I'm sure this is a common practice at this restaurant. CHECK YOUR BILL BEFORE PAYING!!!

They asked me 5 times if I need a fork, can't you see I have a Chinese wife. I am chopstick master. I don't even remember how to use a fork at this point. Salt and pepper squid was fire.
